Yoga Nidra - The Holy Trinity

Within this Yoga Nidra practice, there are opportunities to raise the body's vibration, restore its battery by increasing vital lifeforce energy, and I share a technique of creating a torus field to connect the divine mind, sacred heart, and soul (A holy trinity). I created this script to honour, celebrate, and acknowledge your human journey, and the potency of having incarnated at this time.

Leaving a review can be quite challenging because how do you describe an experience that is beyond words? 80% of the time when practicing Yoga Nidra with Tanis, I think: This is my favorite one! And so it was with “The Holy Trinity;” what I find especially inspiring with this session is that I am aware of how much more practice it will take to truly feel the Taurus, and to consciously work with this energy field for the purpose of evolving human consciousness towards the manifestation of the Divine Life Upon Earth.
