Since 2004, she has shaped the lives of countless individuals through her 200 and 300-hour teacher trainings. In 2008, she delved deep into the practice of Yoga Nidra, sharing her expertise and wisdom through specialized trainings, and in 2016, Tanis founded the School of Sankalpa to further guide others on their spiritual journeys.
