Taking a moment to settle into the space,
Notice your surroundings,
Notice the temperature of the room.
Begin to become aware of that which is external to you as you find a nice comfortable seated position with your lower back supported or alternatively laying down in Shavasana.
Taking a deep cleansing breath in through the nose as you exhale fully out of the mouth,
Close your eyes,
Bring your awareness to your body,
How is your body feeling?
Bring your awareness to your mind,
How is your mind feeling?
Whatever it is that arises for you in this very moment,
Allow it to come without any judgment.
Notice how you can observe these feelings rather than narrate them.
Take an inhale through the nose for three,
Two,
One,
Hold for three,
Two,
One,
Exhale out of the mouth for three,
Two,
One,
In three,
Two,
One,
Hold three,
Two,
One,
Out three,
Two,
One,
In three,
Two,
One,
Hold three,
Two,
One,
Out three,
Two,
One.
Let go of the out breath,
Completely exhaling and coming back to a gentle natural breath.
Start to bring your awareness to your heart space,
Notice how your heart is feeling,
Become aware of the heartbeat,
Tune into that sensation,
The knowing that your heart is strong pumping life through your physical being.
Send your heart love as you inhale,
Letting go of any tension as you exhale.
Start to visualize in your mind's eye,
Your heart growing bigger with every in breath,
It expands wider and larger.
As you focus on the center point of your heart,
Notice a figure standing in the middle of that space,
That figure is you,
It is your child self.
Begin to see your child self sitting there inside of your heart,
Begin to notice what your child self looks like from their head all the way down to their toes.
Moving your awareness to your child self's eyes,
Begin to walk over to your child self,
Mindfully placing one foot in front of the other as you approach,
Noticing their face,
Noticing the innocence in their smile,
Noticing how that beautiful energy makes you feel.
Gently place your right hand on your child self's heart,
As you place your left hand on your heart,
Feeling the heartbeat synchronize,
Beating together that of one,
That of wholeness.
Looking deep into your child self's eyes,
What is it that you see?
Notice the sparkle in their eyes,
The pure love and meeting from your child self.
Say to your child self,
I am sorry.
Say to your child self,
Please forgive me.
Say to your child self,
I love you.
Looking deeply at you as a child,
Find within yourself what it is that you truly want from life.
Seek within that child what you wanted to be,
Who you wanted to be,
Where you wanted to go,
Before the world told you who to be.
Sit with these wishes from your child self,
Repeat them in your mind like a mantra,
In present tense as if it already exists in your life,
As if you already are where you once wanted to be.
I'll leave you with them for a little while,
Keeping your hand on your child self's heart and the other on your own.
I'll let you know when it's time to come out.
Gently bring your attention back to the heart space.
Start to notice your child-like self shrinking smaller and smaller,
Becoming ever so tiny.
Hold your left hand out in front of you as your child self creeps into the palm of your hand.
Bring them to your heart,
Place them in the space within your heart.
Carry this essence of wholeness within you,
With you,
Always.
Remember who you were before the world told you who to be.
Come back to your true self,
Your child self.
You have the power to achieve that which is dreamt of,
That which you dream of.
Upon coming out of this manifestation meditation,
I invite you to write down on a piece of paper what it is that you want,
What it is that your heart,
Your child self,
Desires.
Writing it down in present tense as if it already exists in your life.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and release fully out of the mouth.
Gently start to wriggle your fingers and toes,
Bringing awareness back to your body.
Rub the palms of your hands together in front of your heart space,
Creating warmth.
Gently place your palms over your eyes and feel the warmth emitting from your palms to your face.
As you gently pull your palms away,
Blink open your eyes,
Taking a moment to bring your awareness back to the room,
Noticing the air,
The temperature,
Your surroundings.
You are so wonderful,

Read them to yourself every morning and every evening until you believe them,
Until they arise.
