Sat Naam and welcome to Soul Connection Healings Crown Chakra Meditation.
My name is Tanya and I'll be guiding you through your meditation.
Take a moment to get in a comfortable position.
You could be seated or laying down,
Whatever feels right for you.
We will begin by taking three big deep and long breaths,
Inhaling through the nose and sighing gently from the mouth.
Closing your eyes now,
Inhaling through the nose and sighing gently from the mouth.
One more time,
Inhale and exhale.
Allow your body to fully relax beyond the mind and the intellect,
Transcending all worldly activities and the awareness of outward appearances.
As you find yourself in a place of timeless existence,
This is the realm of the Crown Chakra.
Imagining a thousand petaled lotus flowers at the crown of your head that connects your individual awareness with the infinite consciousness.
Notice how the gateway begins to open and a beautiful white light appears before you.
Let that energy of cleansing,
Clearing and love heal you as you walk towards that energy.
Notice every inch of your body feeling a sense of freedom.
This energetic passageway leads you from the mundane vision of life to the divine,
The collective higher consciousness and absolute freedom.
That is within yourself.
Notice a ladder,
A stairway to a place where you want to be.
Where do you want to be?
Walk towards that ladder and gently begin to climb it with awareness.
This stairway,
It is yours.
It is your path,
The one you have created for yourself.
Notice how you feel as you get closer to that place,
That place where you want to be.
Once you're there allow yourself to sit with that feeling,
To breathe in that feeling.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Begin to visualize in your mind's eye a thousand petaled lotus flowers as they float above the crown of your head.
Begin to send each breath into the lotus flowers with each slow and gentle breath.
Your lotus begins to open revealing a brilliant violet light.
Allow the lotus to radiate divine violet light from each and every precious petal.
Begin to draw that brilliant violet light down through the crown of your head,
Feeling the light spiral into your third eye,
Down into your lower jaw.
Draw the light into your neck and your throat.
Allow it to spiral into your shoulders and arms all the way down to the palms of your hands.
Draw your light into your heart.
Allow it to sit there to melt over your heart giving you absolute freedom.
Allow it to spiral down your lower back,
Your mid back and your upper back.
Draw your light into your hips and allow the light to spiral down into your legs and into the soles of your feet.
You are surrounded and protected by divine violet light.
This light,
It nourishes your entire being.
Allowing you to now and forever walk within it,
To be protected by it,
To enjoy the warmth of the light as it cocoons your entire being.
Invite every cell of your entire being to feel that warmth.
Let every part of your consciousness become inspired.
Feel the intensity of the divine violet light.
Hear the light radiating and gently becoming one with your entire self.
Begin to feel peace and stillness that lay within your light.
As you become one with the divine violet light,
Let intuitive thoughts and inspirations enter your consciousness.
Hold on to those thoughts.
Hold on to those inspirations.
As they come from me within you,
You can begin to work on manifesting them into your life.
Be thankful for the inspirations,
For the intuitive thoughts and the guidance.
Be thankful for this.
Allow yourself to rest now with the divine violet light.
Allow yourself to feel at peace with the divine violet light.
With every inhale,
Sending yourself a little love note.
And with every exhale,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go.
As you inhale,

Breathing,
Connected with your breath and your heartbeat.
Giving yourself the time that you deserve to connect within.
Gently bring the awareness back to your body by wriggling the toes and the fingers.
Keeping the awareness within with the eyes closed.
As you wake from this conscious rest,
This meditative state,
Knowing that you can come back to this state whenever you like.
All you need to do is come back to your breath.
Take a deep inhale through the nose and a full exhale out of the mouth.
Placing your hands over your eyes.
And as you gently take your hands away from your eyes,
You can begin to open them.
Welcoming yourself back.
Feeling that sense of ease.
