This is a feeling experience of the Compassion that you ultimately Are. The vehicle is the Compassionate Breath. Please keep the breath deep and soft, always through the nose, throughout the entire practice. Breathe into your belly, allowing it to expand naturally with the inhale and to recede naturally with the exhale. Please use head or earphones. Find a quiet and serene place for your practice and please lie down, belly upwards, or lean comfortably back, with your head fully supported.
