
Stillness
In this short experience of stillness, I invite you to take a few deep and gentle breaths in order to tap into the peace that lies within you, the lake of your Essence. Simply close your eyes and breathe, inhaling and exhaling deep down into your belly, effortlessly and softly, as you become fully present to this now moment. This can be used anytime throughout your day as a gentle reminder to come back into the stillness here and now, within each breath.
