It allows you to feel the energy, grace and support of gratitude, and the calm and confidence of your inner strength so you can focus on your healing and wellness. It returns you to the power of your breath where you can feel peace, calm and comfort in the stillness of the moment, and it strengthens your reslience with healing affirmations to support your journey.

Hello and welcome to this meditation focused on peace,

Calm and healing.

Begin by getting comfortable so you can completely relax and so that all of your muscles can let go.

You can move at any time during this practice to find additional comfort.

Allow your eyes to gently close.

Breathing is the most natural thing in the world,

But we tend to forget about it throughout the day.

Let's honor our breath now and how it brings us in the present moment so we can relax fully.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Take another purifying breath in.

Exhale and find your center where you can feel peace,

Calm and comfort in the stillness of this moment.

Now we're going to do a short healing visualization.

Allow your mind to drift and wander to the thought of a small ornate hand-built fountain.

This is the fountain of healing.

It is built in a way that the water level is waist high and easy for you to access.

Maybe there is a sculpture that the water comes out from splashing down into the basin,

Or perhaps the water just shoots up and out of the water in a beautiful cascade.

However you see this fountain,

Picture it vividly in as much detail as you can.

You notice the water is crystal clear,

But it also seems to glow with a golden light.

Touch your hand to the side of the fountain and feel the way it is built and how sturdy it is.

Now dip your fingers into the water and feel it relax you to your fingertips.

Dip your entire hand into this healing water.

It gives you such a sense of peace and calm that you want more.

So you gather some of the water in your right hand and splash it onto your left forearm,

Covering some more and covering your upper arm and shoulder with this water.

The moisture on your skin is glistening in the sunlight.

Do the same with your left hand,

Cupping the water and soaking your right arm with it,

Your right shoulder.

This water is not only extremely soothing,

But its appearance is stunning.

Cup both hands together and gather some of this glowing substance in your hands.

Doing as much as you can,

Watching it slip through your fingers a little and spilling over the edges of your hands.

And this time,

Bring the water to your mouth for a drink.

The water touches your lips and it's so refreshing.

It nourishes you,

Relaxes and comforts you.

Take another handful and drink some more.

Gather one more handful to splash on your face.

The water seems to wash away any worries you're carrying.

Notice how you feel.

Just relax somewhere near this fountain,

Feeling calm and at peace.

Now let's focus on gratitude for your existence,

Your life.

Bring into your mind something you feel grateful for at this moment.

It could be someone or something you appreciate in your life.

Let your mind rest on whatever that is.

Now notice where in your body do you feel the gratitude?

Do you feel it rise up in your heart?

Maybe your stomach?

Wherever you notice these sensations,

Lean into them,

Feel them,

Soak them in.

Maybe the feelings are subtle or maybe they're strong.

It doesn't matter.

Just notice and experience them.

And if you notice a negative emotion present itself in your awareness,

That's okay too.

Just be grateful for all of the feelings.

They make up who you are.

Dig deep into the process of being grateful for all of your experiences.

Let this tiny spark of gratitude grow in you,

Amplifying and expanding.

Feeling appreciation for the world around you.

Giving thanks that you can center and find calm and peace wherever you are.

A place deep within you where you can shut the world out and just focus on you and your healing journey.

Feel the sensations of appreciation.

It's warmth.

It's grace.

Feel the energy of gratitude.

Notice its quality,

How it carries with it positivity.

Let this calming,

Healing energy surround you right here,

Right now.

Gratitude is supporting you,

Guiding you to a peaceful awareness.

Be grateful for your breath.

Breathe deeply.

You have everything you could ever need inside of you.

Bring your hands together at your heart center and feel gratitude fill your heart.

Now let's dive into your search for inner strength.

This is the time to become vulnerable and surrender to your inner strength.

To find the perfect balance of calm and confidence.

Like preparing a fertile soil to grow beautiful purple flowers.

What you choose to nourish and tend is what flourishes.

Release any sense of discomfort,

Worry,

Thoughts about tomorrow.

Let these things go.

Sense the present moment.

You are stronger now because you have made the decision to be.

You have the choice to continue this day and the rest of your life with a sense of deep strength and strong will simply by practicing it.

Cultivate strength.

Breathe deeply and find it within you.

It is there.

It always has been.

You have the power.

You have the inner strength to do it.

Find it.

Breathe deeply when you need to find resilience,

Your cornerstone.

The more strength you build within yourself,

The stronger you are to rise out of any illness.

Always breathing deeply in times of doubt or worry,

Your breath is there to calm and support you.

Use it.

Now repeat out loud or silently to yourself these healing affirmations.

I am creating wellness and healing with each breath and each positive thought.

My body is strong and I am regaining wellness.

I have vitality and resilience every single day.

What I am going through is like a chapter in a book.

It does not define who I am.

It is simply an experience in my life.

I powerfully visualize myself on top of a mountain glowing with happiness and radiating health.

Gratitude,

Calm and peace flow through me.

My body is wise beyond my imagination and it naturally wants to heal itself.

I visualize myself fully healed in all aspects of my being.

My body tells me what it needs to heal.

I allow others to love and care for me during my healing process.

Positive thinking puts me towards full healing.

My full healing allows me to offer my greatness to the world.

I can easily see my future is a place of complete healing.

My health is my priority so I give my body what it needs to physically heal.

I know that it takes time to heal so I give myself grace and patience.

Feel your body and mind getting stronger right now,

Building,

Learning,

Growing.

Everything about you is strong,

Powerful,

Resilient.

Feel these traits expand from within you.

They are there,

Tend to them just as you would your beautiful purple flowers in the garden.

Now when you are ready and in your own time,

Gently open your eyes.

You can tackle everything that is ahead of you.

Know that those who love you are surrounding you with all of their love,

Support,

Strength and positive energy.

They've got you.

You have everything you need inside of you.

You've got this.

Manifesting peace,

Calm and healing for you today and every day.
