Let's begin this meditation with taking a deep breath in together,
Breathing in.

However you are feeling in this moment,

If there are any worries or anxieties,
Any thoughts coming into your head.

Let's acknowledge them now.

And come back to that knowing that.

Worrying or overthinking or overanalysing is just the ego's way of processing.

But it isn't necessarily the truth.

.
And it won't necessarily get you anywhere any faster.

So let's breathe together.

Let go of anything that is making your nervous system or your body more tense than it has to be.

Welcoming in the breath.

I know that sometimes doubt creeps in.

And that's okay.

Let us breathe together now,
Deeper,
Deeper into the belly.

Breathing in.

Breathing it all out.

Letting your body soften.

And deepen into this state of presence and relaxation.

And I know that sometimes when these feelings arise you want to reach out for comforts.

What if right now in this moment you can come back to the holding and the comfort that lives within you and you sit back in yourself.

And you sit back in the knowing that you are always supported.

Welcoming in the love of your higher self now.

That kind compassionate voice.

That serene and loving and patient.
.
.
And imagining that your higher self is wrapping a blanket around you.

A soft cushiony beautiful blanket that's being wrapped around you now with warmth,
Comfort.

Handing over your desires to your higher self.
.
.
Handing over your worries,
Your cares,
Your dreams,
Your hopes,
Your feelings.

.
Giving that over to your higher self as your higher self gives you this blanket.
.
.
For you do not have to carry anything right now.
.
.
But to be carried by this higher force.
.
.
To soften in its embrace and rest here.

Letting go.

Thanking your higher self for this comfort,
This nurture.

This reminder that you can always come back to this place.

You do not have to figure out everything on your own.

You can come back to the knowing that you are utterly supported,
Loved and guided.
