So let's begin this meditation with taking a deep breath in together,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Just feeling yourself arrive here in this moment,
Landing,
Letting go.
Listening to the sounds of the music and the sound of my voice.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Letting go of where you've come from,
Anything that's happened so far in your day.
Feeling yourself land deeper in this moment right here.
Noticing your body,
How it's feeling today.
Noticing if your body feels light or heavy.
Noticing if your body feels soft and open or tight,
Tense.
Just noticing,
Witnessing without any judgment,
Without trying to change anything.
Just noticing.
Welcoming in now a sense of surrender,
Whatever that means for you.
Letting go of anything in your mind,
Any thoughts.
Letting go of tension in your body or perhaps it's surrendering up any ideas or expectations you've placed upon yourself of what this day needs to look like or what your life needs to look like right now.
What if you could surrender it up to your higher self,
Your higher power to lead the way.
As you breathe,
Can you come back to that knowing that there is a plan laid out for you already.
A higher plan that's grounded in lessons,
Learnings with a time frame that is for your highest good.
So letting go,
Letting go of any holding or control of your own will,
Surrendering it all up,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
As you surrender,
Feel yourself sink deeper and deeper into a relaxed state.
Sinking deeper into grounded state.
Understanding the part of your body now that's in contact with the earth.
Feeling the support beneath you of the earth.
Knowing that the earth has all the nutrients,
All the minerals and all the sustenance it needs to help you grow.
Imagining all of that seeping into your body,
Grounded energy coming from the earth up into your body.
Letting go and welcoming in this feeling of groundedness,
There is nothing to do just to receive the support from the earth as you let go.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper,
Letting go.
