Welcome to the meditation Space of Inner Silence.
Sometimes it is so noisy and chaotic in the outer world that it is so important and necessary to reconnect to our inner space of our inner silence.
Make yourself comfortable and make sure that no one is bothering you because now it is really the time only for yourself.
Take some deep breaths,
Close your eyes gently and just connect to your body.
Just feel your feet,
Feel your legs,
Perceive your pelvis,
Your back,
Your belly,
Your chest,
Your shoulders and your neck,
Your throat,
Your arms,
Hands and fingers.
Also perceive your head,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Your eyes,
Your forehead.
And through perceiving your body more and more,
You arrive more into the present moment.
Now just observe your breath,
How it is going out and in like a wave of an ocean in its infinity,
Profoundness and flow.
You are just observing without changing anything.
Now perceive the ground underneath you and connect to Mother Earth and just feel this mother energy which is taking care of you,
Which is carrying you and nourishing you.
Every time and always,
Sometimes we forget about it so it is good to be reminded.
And perceive how your body is getting a bit heavier and more relaxed just because you start to let go and to feel the strong and lovely energy of Mother Earth.
And you also perceive like a kind of energetic light shower of golden or silver light or yellow light,
Whatever you like.
And it is just washing away everything from your body,
From your chakras,
From your aura that you don't need,
That you want to let go.
Maybe some stress,
Some negative thoughts,
Some conflicts or some triggering emotions.
Just imagine that everything is just being washed away.
Take your time and relax and let go.
Now refocus on your breath and now allow your breath to go everywhere in your body.
Imagine that your breath is nourishing energy which you can spread in your entire body just by your attention.
So now while you are breathing,
Focus on your feet and imagine that your breath,
The air you breathe in,
Is nourishing energy which flows into your feet.
And then you continue and you focus on your lower legs and you imagine that when you breathe in you are nourishing this part.
You feel how energy is flowing there and then you are nourishing your knees,
Your hamstrings and your pelvis.
You are still breathing deeply and profoundly.
And then the energy flows in your lower belly and in your lower back.
The energy flows in your upper belly,
In your upper back,
In your chest and also in your heart.
You just feel how the energy,
How your breath is going there.
Maybe you see a kind of golden light which is now spread in many,
Many parts of your body.
Also perceive that your heart is being filled up with this energy.
Maybe you just start to smile a bit because you feel the lightness you can have,
You can be in,
Just when you let go the heaviness.
And this golden light,
This energy spreads also into your shoulders,
Into your neck,
Into your upper arms and forearms.
You just focus on your breath and on this energy that is spreading and flowing into your entire body.
And the energy also flows into your hands and into your fingers.
You can also perceive that this energy flows into your throat.
And you perceive how your entire face and your head is being nourished and filled up with this amazing energy.
Now perceive your entire body connected.
Every cell,
Every part is connected to each other and the energy is flowing.
And maybe you feel much more energized right now.
And now just perceive your pelvis.
Then imagine that from your pelvis you are building up a kind of light channel which is growing up.
And it grows up from your pelvis up,
It passes your abdominals,
Your chest,
Goes through your throat,
Head and it expands into the universe.
So this is your inner light channel.
Just perceive it for a moment from your pelvis,
Through your body,
Up to the universe.
And now in order to be even more grounded and connected to Mother Earth,
Perceive that this light channel is growing down from your pelvis into Mother Earth.
And just feel how you are connected with the Earth energy and with the energy of the universe,
The spiritual energy.
Just feel how the energy is flowing in this light channel.
And it is important to know that you can reconnect at any time in your life,
In your day to this light channel because it is always there.
And now go with your attention to the light channel which is at the height of your heart.
And maybe you perceive there a kind of a little room or space which is the space of inner silence.
And now imagine that you as a little person,
That you are sitting there or lying there or maybe walking there.
And this is your room,
Your space of inner silence.
So maybe you want to imagine something you really like there like the ocean,
Beach,
Like a forest or the mountains.
Or just your bed at home with nice light.
Just whatever you like.
The important thing is that you are there alone so you can really reconnect to yourself.
Now just imagine your favorite picture,
Your favorite place being there in your heart,
Your space of silence.
Now just relax and allow the vibrations of the following words to go through your body so that you can start to vibrate higher and connect to these vibrations.
I start with the first word.
Silence.
Silence.
Just perceive what's going on within your body when you open yourself for these words and these vibrations.
Silence.
And one more time.
Silence.
Allow the energies of the vibrations to continue their work and let's move to the next words and its energies.
Inner peace.
Inner peace.
Inner peace.
So here allow the vibrations to flow through your body and just observe them.
There's nothing to do right now.
Inner peace.
Allow these vibrations to continue their work and let's move to the next word.
Calmness.
Calmness.
Calmness.
Just breathe and relax and be in the energy of calmness.
And also here allow the energy to continue its work and let's move to the next words.
Inner connection.
Inner connection.
Inner connection.
Just perceive what's going on within your body when you feel these amazing vibrations.
Inner connection.
And also here allow the energies to their work and let's move to the last word for today.
Feeling of security.
Feeling of security.
Feeling of security.
Just allow these vibrations to go through your body.
Maybe it relaxes you and really feel more connected and secure.
Feeling of security.
Feeling of security.
Also here allow the energies and the vibrations to do their work.
And be aware that at any time in your life,
In your day,
You can reconnect to these vibrations.
They are always there.
It's just about letting go the heaviness and reconnecting to what you want and need.
So now it's time to come back slowly,
Slowly.
Just perceive one more time the amazing space,
The space of inner silence in your heart,
In the slight channel which is always there.
And continue to breathe calmly and slowly.
And then you can imagine that you as a little person,
Part of you stays there or you just reintegrate this little person into your physical body.
And now you start to perceive your physical body,
The ground underneath you.
You reconnect to the ground to find stability,
To be grounded.
And you perceive the room or space where you are right now.
You feel your feet,
Your legs,
Your pelvis,
Your belly,
Your back,
Your arms.
Maybe you want to just throw your shoulders or move a little bit.
You feel your hands,
Your throat,
Your head.
And your consciousness comes more and more back into your physical body,
Into the place you are right now.
And you take three,
Four deep breaths out and in.
And afterwards you open your eyes and you are fully present in the here and now.
Remember,
Anytime and in any moment you can reconnect to the space of inner silence,
To really find peace and silence in every situation in your life and every situation in the world.
