It's so important to take care of ourselves every single day.
With this meditation you can ground and cleanse your energies and connect yourself more and more to yourself to be ready for your day and some challenges.
First of all I invite you to sit down or to stand in a comfortable position.
Take some deep breaths out and in and just perceive how the air is moving in and out easily and steadily just like the waves of an ocean.
And now perceive the ground underneath you and just connect to the ground,
To mother earth.
And with every breath you connect more and more and you become more stable,
More present,
More secure.
And now allow your energetic roots to grow or directly out of your root chakra or through your legs,
Through your feet into the ground.
Perceive how the roots are growing and growing and you become more stable,
More present and you feel more and more inner peace.
Just focus on that.
Every breath there's more inner peace,
More stability,
More security.
Just allow yourself to sink deeper into these energies.
Now you perceive your legs,
Perceive your pelvis,
Your lower back,
Your belly,
Perceive your upper back,
Your chest and your heart,
Perceive your shoulders and your neck,
Perceive your arms,
Your hands and your fingers,
Perceive your throat,
Perceive your jaw,
Your cheeks,
Your mouth,
Your nose,
Your ears,
Your eyes,
Your forehead and your entire head.
Now perceive your body as one,
Every single part and every cell connected to each other.
And now perceive how an energetic shower made of golden light or silver light or any other color you like right now is just cleansing your energetic field,
Your physical body,
Your chakras,
Your aura.
And you just let go of the energy maybe of other people,
Of any heavy energy,
Of heavy thoughts you don't need anymore.
Just let go of everything that is dragging you down.
And allow this process to continue and come back with your attention to your breath.
And now come with your attention to your heart.
Maybe you want to put your hands on your heart.
And you perceive how your chest is moving up and down when you are breathing in and out.
And you can imagine that every time you breathe in,
You breathe in self-love,
Love,
Courage,
Trust or whatever you need right now.
Take a moment to fill your heart.
And now I invite you to connect your crown chakra to the universe.
Go with your attention to the top of your head and imagine how your crown chakra is growing up to the universe and perceive your connection to it.
And with every breath you are connecting more and more.
Now you come back with your attention to your breath and you start to perceive your aura,
Your energetic field around your physical body.
And if you want,
You can create a stronger aura.
So imagine that your aura is being filled with the energy you need right now.
Is it a calming blue or is it an empowering red or a joyful yellow or any other color or association you need right now?
Just take a moment to fill your aura with what you need and create a strong presence and at the same time protection by strengthening your aura.
And when you know that your aura can protect you against like heavy energies of other people or of places,
It helps you to hold your energy stronger together and to be more present.
So now perceive that you're connected to the ground,
You're connected to your heart,
You're connected to the universe,
You're present in your body and you feel surrounded and protected by your aura.
And be aware that at any time of your day you can reactivate your grounding,
Your connection to your heart,
You can cleanse your energies or build up your protection.
Now just perceive your body more and more.
Maybe you want to move your body a bit,
Stretch or shake.
And you take three deep breaths out and in before opening your eyes and being fully present in the here and now.
