Hi this is Suzie.

This is a short meditation to help bring your body into a state of calm and relaxation and to help you find peace in this moment and beyond.

So to start with take a deep nourishing breath in and a releasing breath out and get yourself as comfortable as possible wherever you are.

And now imagine that before you is a glistening body of water.

You notice how the sun catches the light creating millions of tiny glittering lights which are dancing across the water.

This is your sea of tranquility.

A deep and calm restful place where you can reconnect to your centered self.

As you look into the water you can see all the different shades of blues and greens,

Vibrant turquoises and patches of beautiful clear water where you can see all the way to the seabed.

Notice the shells and the tiny fish.

You see there are strands of light from the sun that run through the water highlighting its beauty making you feel calm and tranquil.

Helping you to relax and feel safe as you look out to this beautiful sea of tranquility knowing that it's infinite.

Reminding you of all the infinite possibilities that surround you right now in your life.

And as you look further out over the sea of tranquility you feel your body start to relax to let go to surrender its weight to the water as it carries you gently on top of its glittering turquoise surface.

And you look up and notice the soft white clouds and feel at peace.

Each breath you take you feel more at peace floating gently on the water in this calming safe place.

And now really allow yourself to embody this peace and remember this feeling.

Feel it in every cell of your body knowing you can come back to it whenever you need to.

It's always here available for you.

And now you can stay here longer if you wish but if you're ready you can gently open your eyes and take another deep breath.
