This meditation is designed to help you feel safe and to help you feel more resilient.
It's a way of helping you to feel strong and protected within your energy field,
Allowing you to feel confident that your energy boundaries are holding you safely.
This can be especially helpful if you know you're going into a difficult situation or if you know you're going to be encountering people who you find challenging.
You can use this meditation to help protect your energy and keep yourself in a place of safety and calm and groundedness.
So let's start by placing both the hands on your heart chakra at the center of your chest.
Take a deep breath here and allow yourself to be comfortable wherever you are.
Close your eyes if you wish.
Now move your attention and focus your energy on your heart space where you're holding your hands.
Give yourself a break from your thinking mind and drop down from the head into the heart.
Now focus in on your heart and allow yourself to feel the warmth of your heart energy spreading out through your chest into your hands and enjoying the sensation of warmth coming through to your hands.
And now I invite you to visualize a soft glowing light at the center of your heart space.
Now take a breath here and each time you exhale expand this light as you expand the out-breath.
Allowing that warmth to spread through your heart space through the chest and expand this light through your physical body down to the end of your fingers down to the ends of your toes and to the very top of your head.
And on each out-breath keep expanding this light this warm energy expanding it through your whole body and then outside of the physical body and then expanding it to the edges of your energy field.
As you sit here in this light you can visualize tiny figures of eight formed of iridescent rainbow light and see them multiplying through your body,
Through every cell,
Through your whole energy field all the way to the edges all the way from the core of your energy at your center to the edges of your body.
Of your aura and as you create and visualize these tiny iridescent figures of eight know that this is helping to strengthen and revitalize and protect your energetic system.
Now choose a color to surround the inner edges of your energy field.
It may be the same color as the heart energy or it may be different but choose what most appeals to you today and surround the entirety of the edges of your energy field with this beautiful color.
Take some time to notice the vibrancy of this color and as you sit here in this space full of these iridescent figures of eight and within this vibrant color surrounding the edges of your aura know that this place is always accessible to you.
You can come back here when you need extra resilience or protection.
You can reactivate this color at the edges of your boundary anytime.
Reactivate those figures of eight anytime when you need to boost your boundaries.
So take a moment to inhabit this beautiful space feeling gratitude for your strong and vibrant energy field and take an internal photograph of this visualization.
Remember what it looks like and remember how it feels to be in this space.
And now you know you can come back whenever you need to.
So let's take a couple more deep breaths and gently allow yourself to come back to where you started.
Gently move your toes and your fingers and when you're ready open your eyes remembering you can revisit that space whenever you need to.
