And now,

When you are ready,

Begin by taking a gentle,

Slow,

Deep breath in,

And then exhaling gently,

Slowly.

Bring your awareness to your heart,

And as you breathe in and out,

See your heart as a flower,

And visualize the petals of your heart gradually opening as you breathe.

Feel your heart filling with light and love as strongly as you can,

Like you're feeling the warmth of the sun nourish,

And allow the love to heal your heart now of any past hurts.

If you have any pain or dis-ease in your body,

Visualize this love traveling to the area to heal it completely,

And visualize this love expanding out from your heart and permeating every cell of your being.

A feeling of love and peace washes over you.

You may feel some emotions rising to the surface.

This is completely natural.

Just be an observer and allow the emotions to surface and then release.

Remember to breathe and allow the emotions to subside,

And feel as your body is filling with light and love,

Healing all aspects of your being.

Simply allow yourself to be and enjoy the warmth and the healing.

And in your mind,

Hear these words as your own.

My body,

Mind,

And spirit are healing now.

Any past pain or upsets are being released now.

My health is returning to the blueprint of perfection.

It is now time to release the past and embrace the present.

The power of love is healing me now on all levels of my being.

I am now healed and grateful for this healing.

And now,

As you prepare to end your meditation,

Visualize a healing light surrounding you,

Sealing in this energy to your heart.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to your body,

Back to your room.

Take a gentle breath in and open your eyes.
