Close your eyes and allow yourself to be comfortable.

Let go of stress,

Tension,

And worries now.

Your life is filled with too much business,

Too much hurry,

Too much stress.

So just for the moment,

Let go of all of that.

There are too many machines vying for your attention with rings and beeps and blinks and flags and badges.

Just for a moment,

Let go of that.

Your body is tense with too much anxiety,

Too much sense that you have to move,

Do,

Achieve.

Just for a moment,

Let all of that go.

Emotions move through your body,

Each seeming crucial and compelling.

But these emotions are simply physical sensations.

And for now,

You don't need them.

So for the moment,

Let them go.

Thoughts rattle around in your head in a never-ending stream of words.

But these thoughts are nothing more but static and noise in your head.

You don't need to do anything about them right now.

So just for the moment,

Let them go.

But if you're feeling a sense that you must do something,

That there is an action to take,

You don't need to do anything about that right now.

So for the moment,

Just let that go.

Just feel yourself breathing.

If anything else arises in your experience,

Just know that you don't need to do anything about that right now.

So for the moment,

Let it go.

If any insights,

Visions,

Feelings,

Communications,

Memories,

Or other experiences arise,

That's fine.

It's just content.

You don't need to do anything about that right now.

So for the moment,

Just let that go.

If at any point you feel like you're doing anything on purpose,

Even breathing,

Just let that go.

And just be.

Just let go.

And now,

As you bring your awareness back to the surface,

Preparing to end your meditation,

Seal in the energy and taking a gentle,

Deep breath in,

Open your eyes.

And now,

As you bring your awareness back to the surface,

Take a deep breath in,

Open your eyes.

And now,

As you bring your awareness back to the surface,

Take a deep breath in,

Open

Thank you! Few hours ago, I was taking with my boss letting him know that I am not available to continue my job ‘cause my health! I was crying and feeling anxious ‘cause deeply in myself I don’t want to leave it.. but this lovely meditation makes me feel calm and accept that my decision was right ! 🙏🏻 Námaste 🙏🏻

Very nice. Towards the end she says “preparing to enter meditation “ and I think she means “end” or “exit.” That interrupted my flow. Overall Avery peaceful experience.

Just let go.... I hear this in many mediations. But how does one do that? How do I let go? But, in this meditation it's "Just let go for the moment ". And that appears a little easier to do. This little attachement seems to do a lot for me. So thank you 🙏💕

Outstanding. I don't feel/think I ever realized before just how laughable (in a loving way) my prior efforts have been in setting things aside for a short while. I kept thinking I had done it, today, but then I would hear repeated to "let it go" and realize I was - and likely always have - let MOST of "it" go, but I have generally held onto the tip of the tail so I could pull it right back as needed later. Fear of forgetting something important? Perhaps. I started writing these things down a few months ago in an effort to clear mental clutter - and it has worked very well - but this practice made it clear I had not fully trusted nor embraced the full meaning and sensation of letting it ALL go, even just for the duration of a single practice. I am ever so grateful and glad to have experienced this awakening through this practice. Bookmarked and downloaded for repeat use. Thank you so much for sharing this with me and the world. I see the light in you. 🤲❤️🤲

So beautifully peaceful and refreshing. I enjoyed the repeated direction to, “Let that go,” to everything but this moment, this breath. Thank you for this gift, this blessing, this beautiful extended moment.
