This is a meditation of infinite space.
As you prepare yourself by coming into a comfortable,
Stable posture,
Taking a gentle,
Deep breath in,
And as you release it,
Relax your body.
As you take another gentle,
Deep breath in,
And as you release it,
Close your eyes.
Settle the energy of your body and the fluctuations of your mind by simply focusing on your breathing.
There is nothing you need to do.
There are no problems you need to solve.
There is nowhere you need to be.
The only thing required is the breath moving effortlessly,
Gently.
Right now,
Simply imagine the biggest space you can,
As if you are in fact in space.
Imagine a space pulsing with creative fullness and possibility.
Imagine you can feel and sense your way into its clarity,
Its luminosity.
Use all of your inner senses β sight,
Hearing,
But especially your inner sense of touch.
Notice that it pulses subtly.
Notice that within it,
Little movements,
Thoughts,
Or ripples of images arise.
As you feel your way into this space,
Recognize that it is hyper-conscious.
It is aware.
It is knowing.
Now,
See if you can imagine this space as an infinite sky,
Stretching out forever,
Borderless,
And without boundaries.
Imagine that everything that could be conceived,
As well as the unimaginable β every planet,
Star,
Ocean,
Creature,
Idea,
And space-time itself β are contained in this infinite spaciousness.
Imagine its sheer freedom.
It can become anything.
It can dissolve anything into itself.
It is filled with possibility,
With wisdom,
With infinite love.
It creates within itself a body.
And that body is the cosmos.
You just tuned into the felt sense of infinite possibility.
She is Ananda.
Infinite,
Creative wisdom.
She will hold you,
Support you,
And renew you.
And here,
You can let go of anxiety or fear.
Offer this space whatever you're holding onto.
Guilt,
Loss,
Emotional upheaval,
Or just an excess of thoughts.
The space of infinite possibility will take it in,
Dissolve it,
And offer you the space for it back,
Transformed.
And now,
Bring your awareness to the beating of your heart.
The pulse of life moving through you.
The pulsing of infinite possibility.
And when you are prepared to end your meditation,
Bring your hands together to your heart to seal in the energy of your meditation into the deepest part of your being.
And coming back to an individuated state of consciousness.
When you are ready,
Take a gentle breath in and open your eyes.
