Welcome.
Let's take a moment to tap together and invite a little bit more patience into our lives.
So let's begin with a nice grounding breath in through the nose.
And slowly exhale through the mouth when you're ready.
And then tapping on the side of the hand,
Repeating after me,
Either in your mind or out loud.
Even though the world moves so fast.
And I feel this pressure to keep up.
I choose to take this moment to slow down.
Even though I feel this impatience rising up throughout the day.
Just remembering those times where it rises up.
I'm open to being gentle with myself even though I sometimes feel frustrated with my own pace.
I choose to deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Oh,
I'm learning too.
Up to the eyebrow point.
I've been feeling so impatient lately.
Side of the eye,
Impatient with myself,
With others.
Under the eye,
There's like this sense of urgency.
Under the nose.
And maybe I've been pretty hard on myself.
Chin points.
I recognise that pushing and rushing isn't serving me.
Collarbone point and maybe underneath this impatience is something else.
Maybe it's a feeling of being behind in some way.
Frustration of wanting something or waiting for something.
Comparison to others.
Just notice what might be underneath.
The impatience.
Maybe some stress as well.
Under the arm,
What if I could release some of this pressure?
Top of the head.
What if patience is something that I can grow?
To the eyebrow Acknowledging Patience has been running the show a little bit.
Side of the eye and I'm ready to soften just a little.
So tapping and breathing.
Under the eye i've been pushing so hard Under the nose,
Pushing against myself.
Against the pace of everything.
Chin point but what if i could just breathe into this moment How about we take a patient,
Calming breath here.
Really slowly.
Collarbone point.
Maybe I can trust things are unfolding as they should.
Under the arm.
I'm allowed to slow down.
You're allowed to slow down.
Might not feel like it,
But you are.
Top of the head.
It's safe to let go of some of this urgency.
So breathe,
Let it go.
Well done,
Back to the eyebrow points.
I can be gentle with myself.
I'm not always,
But I can be.
Side of the eye.
It's okay to take my time.
Under the eye.
I trust my process,
My journey.
Even if it feels slow.
Under the nose,
I honour my journey without rushing.
Without pushing.
Chin points and I'm learning to be patient with myself.
I release the need to hurry through life.
And I let go of the frustration.
Stress and fear.
Let it go.
Under the arm.
Maybe I'm exactly where I need to be.
Top of the head I am kind and patient with myself today and every day.
I am kind and patient with myself today.
And every day.
And I want you to repeat that to yourself throughout the day as well.
I'm kind and patient with myself.
I am kind and patient with myself whenever you feel that rush of impatience coming up.
Well done.
So stop tapping there.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
And slowly out through the mouth.
No need to rush.
Nice and slow.
Then just take a moment before rushing off Take a moment to just check in with yourself.
Notice any shifts,
However small they might be.
Maybe there's a little bit of ease in the body.
Maybe there's a bit of space around that sense of urgency and rushing.
Maybe there's a real feeling of wanting to just go a bit slower,
Work slower,
Wash your hair more slowly,
Brush your teeth more slowly.
And if it rises up again today,
If that inpatient does rise up,
You can really take that moment to pause.
Just remember to breathe.
Sometimes just tapping on the collarbone point and taking some nice,
Slow,
Deep breaths will really help you until that feeling passes.
And a last reminder,
You know,
Your pace is your own and your journey is your journey.
And honouring that is one of the most kindest and most patient things that you can do for yourself.
Thank you so much for tapping with me.
Take care.
