Let's settle into our own calm and cozy sanctuary and get into a comfortable and mindful position.

Let's begin by taking three nice easy deep breaths.

With each inhale we take the breath in our chest and make it more full and pleasureful.

And with each exhale we begin to release any stagnant energy that's been hiding in the nooks and crannies of our being.

Allow yourself to be open to this feeling of peace.

I want you to imagine yourself alone standing on top of a mountain.

You can see for miles in each direction the land below,

The sky above.

Your arms are slightly outstretched to your sides.

In your right hand you have a glowing ball of light.

The colour of this ball is completely up to you.

This ball represents the love you have for all of the people in your life,

Family,

Friends,

Pets or loved ones.

You feel the comforting but manageable weight of the glowing ball in your hand.

In your left hand you have another glowing ball and whatever colour comes to mind for you is right.

This glowing ball represents the love you have for yourself.

Maybe the ball feels more full,

Maybe the ball feels more empty.

Imagine the breeze gently pushing past you.

You feel the differing weights of each glowing ball in your hands on the mountain top.

You take a deep breath in and you visualise the weight of the balls coming into balance.

You imagine what it feels like to experience the love you give.

You feel what it feels like to be the recipient of so much abundance,

Joy,

Care and security.

The glowing balls come closer to being balanced.

You fully allow yourself to feel what it feels like to deserve the love you so freely give out,

To see yourself as others see you,

To give yourself the permission to accept love.

The glowing balls are now in full balance,

You feel calm,

You feel at peace,

You feel like you've finally made your way back home.

Sit with this feeling for the next few moments,

Allowing it to fully absorb into every cell in your body.

You feel the presence of the light in your body,

The presence of the light in your body.

You feel the presence of the light in your body.

And when the momentum of your mind draws your awareness away from this feeling,

Gently,

Non-judgmentally guide it back to this feeling of complete balance.

It may help to focus on your inhale and your exhale,

The air coming in and the air going back out.

And as we prepare to say goodbye to the mountaintop for today,

Let's take both balls of light,

Cup your hands together and place them over your heart space,

Taking a final deep inhale and gently absorbing all of that love,

Care and peace.

And finally releasing any negative energy in your exhale.

Begin to wiggle your fingers,

Maybe twinkle your toes,

Listen to the sounds outside the room and gently guide yourself back to your day.

Feeling more balanced,

More at peace and ready to move forward with love and light in your heart.

Stay healthy,

Stay home.
