Allow yourself to get into a comfortable but mindful position,
Whether that's sitting on a chair or lying down.
Let's begin to focus on the air coming through our nostrils and gently back out.
Let your tummy inflate and deflate.
Let's gently drop our shoulders and unclench our jaw,
Allowing relaxation to fully wrap its arms around us.
Now I want you to visualize that every time that you breathe in,
There's a bright white light entering your being through your nostrils.
Every time you breathe out,
There's a thick black billowing smoke leaving your body through your exhale.
The thick black smoke represents all the stress,
Anxiety,
Stagnant energy,
Sadness and grief that you may have stored in your body.
You breathe in and the bright white light fills your entire body.
You breathe out and the thick black smoke is released.
You physically feel the stress leave your body through your exhale.
By doing this,
We're inviting positive energy in and releasing negative energy out.
Breathe in the bright white light.
Breathe out the thick black smoke.
With each exhale,
The smoke becomes less dense,
More of a slight grey colour and much lighter.
Breathe in the bright white light.
Breathe out the lighter grey smoke.
With each breath,
You're filling your mind and body with this gorgeous,
Calming,
Fulfilling,
Bright light.
With each exhale,
You're draining your body of any heavy burden that you may have been carrying.
You're now being bathed in this calm,
Positive light and all of the black smoke has completely left your body.
Take a moment to bask in this yummy,
Calm feeling.
You alone created it,
Therefore it's yours to enjoy.
Take this feeling out with you when you choose to rejoin your day.
