Let's begin by taking three gentle deep breaths,

No forcing,

No need to be perfect,

Just gently filling our bodies with gorgeous oxygen.

Breathe in and breathe out,

Breathe in and breathe out,

Breathe in and breathe out.

I welcome you to silently repeat the next mantra.

I am calm.

I am supported.

I am doing the best that I can and that is always enough.

As we enter our last cycle of today's mantra,

I want you to imagine that what you are saying really is true.

Feel it run from the crown of your head,

Down your neck,

Back and arms.

Feel it in the depths of your stomach.

Feel it cascade over your legs,

Ankles and feet,

Absorbing into every cell in your body.

I am calm.

I am supported.

I am doing the best that I can and that is always enough.

Let's gently make our way back to our day by taking three gentle deep breaths,

Allowing each inhale to fully fills up and releasing any limiting beliefs and stagnant energy on your exhale.

Always remembering that you created this feeling of calm and therefore is yours to keep.

Take it with both hands into your day.
