Okay everyone let's gently close our eyes or cast our gaze down to the floor and begin by taking three gorgeous deep breaths.

Breathe in and breathe out carrying on our breathing with each breath we move further and further away from the events of the day.

With each rise and fall at the belly we begin to let this sense of calm completely wash over us.

Simply washing off the day.

We begin to soften into our posture letting go the tight clench in our jaw softening the forehead and gently dropping the shoulders.

We let go of the shoulda,

Woulda,

Couldas.

We let go of the unkept promises.

We let go of the unfulfilled expectations that we had for ourselves today.

Knowing that we can always try again tomorrow.

We begin to sink deeper to your baseline of calm and truly washing off the day.

Take the next few moments to really drop into the body.

Allow this calm cleanse to wash away any yucky negative feelings that you're holding on to.

When your mind begins to remind you of all the events that happen today if you feel that stress or anxiety spike this is all very normal.

All you have to do is gently guide yourself back to the rhythm of your breath for the gentle rising and falling of the belly.

All you have to do is gently guide yourself back to the rhythm of your breath for the gentle rising and falling of the belly.

All you have to do is gently guide yourself back to the rhythm of your breath for the gentle rising and falling of the belly.

Maybe there's still some residual tension in areas.

On the next breath let's soften the jaw again and gently drop the shoulders back down.

Let's bathe in these calm waters for just a while longer.

Maybe even imagine that you're stored under a waterfall washing off the day or you submerge yourself in the still waters allowing them to clean off any stagnant energy that you've been holding on to.

And as we guide ourselves back let's take three gorgeously fulfilling breaths.

Breathe in and breathe out.

No need to rush back to your day,

Really take advantage of this feeling allowing it to completely fill you up.

Keeping eyes closed or gaze cast down I invite you to slowly rub your hands together creating a warm energy and gently place them over your eyes and taking a closing deep breath.

Take your hands and glide them up over your forehead,

Over your scalp down the back of your neck and over your shoulders really washing the day off.

Finishing with your hands gently resting in your lap.

Thank you for joining me today,

I hope you feel like you've washed the day off ready for relaxation time.

Thanks again and I'll see you soon.
