Let's allow ourselves to get into a comfortable but mindful position whether that's seated on the floor,
In a chair or lying down.
Let's begin our meditation with three easy deep breaths.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in Let's imagine that there's a bright white halo of light just above the crown of your head.
The warmth and radiance from it allows us to feel calm and safe.
It slowly makes its way over the top of your head and cascades over your forehead,
Cheeks and jaw.
Go ahead and release any tension you may feel there.
Allow your facial muscles to completely melt into this moment of calm.
The halo of light then makes its way over your neck and the tops of your shoulders.
You gently drop your shoulders down and allow the light to warm your tired muscles.
The halo of light slowly showers over your back,
Upper arms and torso.
You instantly release any tension found there.
Your stomach becomes less tight and you feel yourself start to unwind and loosen up.
A warm halo of light floods your hips and the basin of your pelvis allowing you to further relax.
It caresses your forearms,
Wrists and hands allowing you to let go of any tension you may be holding there.
The safe,
Comforting light spreads across your thighs,
Knees and down the backs of your legs.
You feel your muscles start to soften and melt.
The warm halo wraps itself around your ankles and feet,
Encasing them in this layer of soothing protection.
You feel fully relaxed,
Supported and completely free from burden.
Give yourself the next few moments to fully experience this feeling of bliss.

And as we gently finish our meditation for today,
Let's take three gorgeous deep breaths to fully store this feeling in every cell of our body.
Breathe in,
You feel light and calm.
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
You start to notice the sounds outside the room.
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
You start to feel the surface supporting your body.
And breathe out.
Allow yourself however long you need to rejoin your day.
Feeling refreshed,
Reenergized and ready to take on the rest of the day.
Enjoy.
Be well.
Breathe easy.
