Here is a peaceful meditation where you just can let go of everything. This is your moment. Your moment of self-love and peace. I will be with you to guide you towards a relaxed state where we do a simple body scan and make a little connection with your beautiful heart.

Welcome.

Welcome to this space.

A space where you can relax.

A space where you can fill yourself with more peace.

A space where you can let go.

And a space where you can used to be.

This is your space.

This is your beautiful,

Beautiful space.

And a time for you.

A time for you when you just connect a little bit more with you.

Turning down the volume from the outside world.

It doesn't matter in this moment.

And just pulling back at attention to your body.

I'm gonna ask you to take a few breaths together with me.

Inhale.

Inhale.

And let go and exhale.

Inhale.

And let go.

Inhale.

And let go.

Just allow yourself to slow down.

Just being present with yourself.

Beautiful you.

You're gonna take two breaths more.

And for each inhale I want you to visualize that it's a white,

Beautiful,

Pure light that you draw in to your body and it purifies you.

And when you breathe out,

You're letting go of everything that you no longer wish to carry.

And everything that no longer serves you.

We're breathing in the light together now.

So breathe in.

And breathe out and let go.

Breathing in the light.

And let go.

Slowly,

Slowly allow yourself to sink in.

Just relax your body.

Allow yourself to let go and give your body permission to relax and also let go.

Be aware of the breath.

Slowly just pay attention to where the breath is moving.

Within you.

Can you maybe scan the body a little bit?

See if there are any tensions somewhere in your body.

Can you maybe allow your breath to go to that space and place in your body?

See if you can let go more of the tension with your breath.

And take one more breath with me.

And breathe out.

Just let go.

Feel the peace.

Allow you to feel your breath like waves on an ocean.

It gently comes and goes.

How does the sound of waves sound like?

Can you hear it this moment within you?

Here are the oceans cleansing you.

Cleansing on everything that no longer serves you.

And if you allow yourself to move your attention to your heart.

How does it feel like to stay here?

Your beautiful warm heart is beating for you.

We send gratitude to your beautiful hearts.

And while we're here,

Ask your beautiful heart if we got any messages for you that needs to come to you in this moment.

Is there anything I need to hear or receive in this beautiful moment?

Just allow it to be heard.

And know that you can always step back to this place.

If you feel like your attention is a lot in your head,

Know that you always can go down to the heart.

And we send gratitude for the connection we made with the heart.

Slowly,

Just coming back to this present being here and now.

Come back to the room.

And you can slowly move your fingers and toes.

And just feel this love and peace and grounded energy that's now following you out to the world.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

It's beautiful that you gave yourself a little moment where you could just feel yourself love muck up.

Where you could have time for you.
