Allowing your eyes to soften down,

Bring awareness into your breath and with every exhale feeling the body getting heavier as you ground down towards the earth.

Feeling your jaw soften,

Your teeth relax and the tongue to be soft within your mouth.

The forehead softens and the space between your eyebrows starts to release as you keep dropping deeper and deeper into this grounded sacred space.

Feel as though somebody is removing the backpack,

The heavy load that you've been carrying,

Releasing that from your shoulders and feeling the weight lifted.

Feel your connection through your seat bones and your base chakra against the earth,

Mamagaya.

Can you deepen and strengthen that connection?

With every breath in feel the heart lift and every breath out the base chakra drop down into the earth.

Keep breathing like this into your heart chakra,

Breathe in.

Breathe out through the base.

Reach your hands up above your head allowing your palms to touch as they meet in the sky.

And drawing the hands down to your heart space,

Bringing the energy there for whenever it's needed most.

Take a full breath in,

Let it out through the mouth and whenever you feel ready you can gently open your eyes.
