This meditation is a gentle and nurturing journey, designed to guide you through the pain you experience when it feels like your heart is physically breaking. Through the power of your breath and life force energy, I will guide you into your heart space with softness, where you will feel a deep sense of safety as you land in the tenderness of your heart. This meditation shares rich wisdom as it guides you through the remembrance, that the choice to keep your heart open during these moments, not only mends your wounds but also opens you up to all the beauty and love that this life has to offer. In this sacred practice, you'll drop into loving compassion for the cracks and breaks within your heart, realizing that they are not limitations, but rather, opportunities for your beautiful heart to expand, grow, and ultimately, heal. You are not broken my love, you are healing. And your courage to love is the greatest gift to our world.

Welcome to your meditation.

This meditation is a meditation to support you through heartbreak.

When your heart feels like it's physically breaking,

My intention is that this meditation supports you as you move through this process.

So you can sit up for this meditation or lie down if that's more comfortable for you.

When you're ready just close down your eyes and softly bring your awareness into your breath.

Noticing where the breath is residing in your body and can you start to send the breath into the belly.

As you breathe in the belly expands like you're blowing up a balloon and as you exhale the belly draws back towards the spine.

Take two more slow steady breaths like that allowing the back of your body to soften.

Release your shoulders to get heavy and drop down.

Your teeth to unclench,

Your tongue to be soft within your mouth and setting this intention,

If it feels good for you today,

To invite in healing around the heart space.

Starting to bring deeper awareness to the heart and now sending your breath,

Your life force energy,

Into the heart.

So as you breathe in you feel the heart expand and as you breathe out you just let it settle back and down into your chest.

Let's take four more breaths like that.

So breathing in expand,

Breathing out,

Soften.

Three more breaths in your own time and starting to visualize pink light in whatever way you can.

Pink light starting to circulate the heart,

Move around the heart.

This pink light is bringing softness,

Healing,

Safety around the heart space.

Usually when we are experiencing heartbreak it's because we are grieving the loss of something,

Someone who we loved on some level and this can create quite an intense physical pain around the heart space,

Around the physical heart and around the heart chakra which sits in the center of the chest.

So as you surround the heart with pink light just setting the intention to soothe any of that pain,

Discomfort and often when we're moving through this heartbreak we want to close off the heart so that no one else can hurt it.

But the guidance that I have received around this is if you close your heart to this you close your heart to everything.

So can you allow this cracking,

This breaking to actually open you up deeper and through the cracks and the breaks the heart can expand,

Take up more space,

Be bigger,

Be able to give more,

Be able to receive more,

Be able to give more love and to be able to receive more love.

So if you have been moving through that where the pain feels too much and you're desperately wanting to close off your heart,

Can you set the intention to keep opening it,

To allow this cracking open,

This expansion allowing your heart to grow.

If you need to place your hands over the heart space you can do that now.

If you need to rub the heart,

Draw circles around the heart or just allowing the sensation of your hands to bring comfort to the heart then I invite you there.

If emotion arises and you feel you need to cry allow the tears to fall and we'll take three more deep breaths into the heart letting the heart know that it's safe to stay open and with these three breaths just inviting in this life force energy again reminding yourself that you're okay,

That you've got you and you will get through this and before we close out just taking a moment to ask your heart if there's anything you need to know right now.

If you have received some words of wisdom you can just place them in your heart maybe it was a feeling,

A sensation or perhaps there was nothing today that's okay you can come back to this question another time.

Rubbing your hands together placing them over your eyes,

Traveling them down over your face,

Your throat your collarbones all the way back to the heart.

Take a deep breath in there,

Open your mouth,

Let any tension go and when you feel ready you can open your eyes
