Hi, I'm Susanna Kenton and welcome to this tune-up meditation. Amidst the swirl and the busyness of what you may be experiencing in life right now, I invite you to come deeply home to yourself. To plug in to source energy within your own heart space, To shift out of fight or flight mode and to rebalance your whole energy system within minutes. So make yourself comfortable in a seated position and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in through your nose and release it. And use this as an opportunity to release unnecessary tension from your body, Letting your shoulders drop down, Allowing the muscles of your jaw to relax and your forehead. And then consciously make the journey with your awareness from your headspace down into the centre of your chest and imagine with the next in-breath that you take that you're nourishing this heart space, Just like you might water a thirsty plant. Opening up a field of possibility where you come home to yourself. And as you drop into the heart space more fully, There is an activation of a feeling tone that you may experience as kindness, Peace or just a knowing in this moment that at the deepest level all is well. I trust and know that with each gentle breath that you take, This alignment with your own source energy is becoming clearer, More tangible. There's a welling up of a sense of possibility, A sense of trust, Even a sense of excitement. No matter what challenges you may be moving through right now, There is a presence within your own heart space that is always backing you. And so it's from this space of connection that I trust and know that there is an attunement to your true frequency happening right now. That the energy within your body and around it is shifting. That you are being lit up from the inside. And that this light is emanating out into the world, Forging new connections, Supporting dreams coming to fruition, Easing your path, Bringing healing where needed to you and to your loved ones, Amplifying abundance in all areas, Restoring order and peace.
