Susan Dawson Cook

With a passion for transforming bodies, minds, and lives, Susan taught fitness classes for 30 years at a world-renowned spa and an active adult community and has been an RYT-200 Yoga Alliance certified Ashtanga Yoga instructor since 2016. She has a B.S. from Clemson University and an M.S. from the University of Arizona. Susan is the author of Swimming with Dolphins, Slim for Life Secrets, and other books and articles, teaches yoga, volunteers with marine wildlife rescue group CRRIFS, and swims in the Sea of Cortez—often with a friendly pod of bottlenose dolphins.
