On Day 3, I will share tips for establishing a bedtime ritual, which will help your body and mind wind down and relax before you go to bed, setting the stage for a night of restful sleep. On Day 4, I will share tips to help you get back to sleep if you awaken in the middle of the night. And on Day 5, I will share a Sleep Meditation you can use to relax your body and mind so you can descend into restful sleep.
