So,
Before we begin this guided meditation today,
I'm going to ask you to fix in your mind's eye either a beautiful landscape or a photo of someone you love or a pet that you love,
Or it could even be a crystal that brings you comfort that you can hold.
But find that one thing for this meditation,
And as we go through the meditation,
I want you to focus on that.
Bring your attention back to that beautiful thing,
Person,
Place,
Pet,
That brings you peace and comfort and love.
So let's begin.
So taking a very deep breath,
Just allowing everything before this moment to simply dissolve as you're breathing.
Breathing in and exhaling,
And another breath,
Breathing in and exhaling,
And another breath,
Breathing in and exhaling,
Allowing yourself to move into a space of calmness,
Of serenity with the breath,
Breathing in and exhaling.
And as we breathe,
I want you to focus on that person,
Place,
Thing that you've chosen,
And notice as you're breathing and focusing your attention on that thing that brings you peace,
Serenity,
Love.
Notice any thoughts that want to creep in and just continue to breathe.
And as you notice thoughts,
Just see them moving through your mind.
They are no thing,
They are simply thoughts that your mind is choosing to focus on.
And with the breath and the exhale,
Just breathe those thoughts out of your mind coming back into the center of your being.
And with each breath,
I want you to also focus your attention on your heart chakra and begin to breathe love,
Love from the center of your being.
Breathing in love and exhaling love,
Breathing in love and exhaling love.
And as you breathe in love and exhale love,
Begin to feel it circulating in and through and around you,
Creating an atmosphere of love,
Breathing in love and exhaling love.
And again,
Any thoughts that want to draw your attention away from breathing love,
Feeling love,
Focusing on the thing,
Person,
Place that is love to you,
Just let those thoughts on the exhale move out of your realm,
Your atmosphere of love with the breath.
And now begin to notice any emotions that may have you hooked or are attempting to draw you and your attention,
Your mind away from that focus of love.
Any emotions,
And again,
Just watch them dissolve.
They don't define you.
Just notice the emotion and breathe with it and release it and focus your attention on that image,
Person,
Place or thing that brings you comfort.
Breathing in love and exhaling love,
Listening to love within your being.
And again,
Any thoughts that want to drag your attention away,
They are merely products of your mind and they're not real.
So just breathing that atmosphere of love,
Breathing it in,
Putting your intention and awareness on that breath of love.
And to see with the eyes of love,
The image,
The person,
The place,
The thing that you've chosen and see with the eyes of love.
Feel that love amplify with the breath.
Breathing in love and exhaling love.
Watching your thoughts,
Watching your emotions,
And just letting them go with the softness and the breath of love.
Bringing your intention and focus on love.
Breathing in and exhaling.
Begin to feel that you are that love.
Feel with your heart the love that you are.
And in this atmosphere of love that the breath brings in to you and surrounds you with,
Begin to feel the oneness,
The allness of it.
Allow yourself with the breath to expand into the allness of love.
Bending into that atmosphere of love beyond your physical,
Mental,
And emotional bodies.
Breathing that atmosphere of love into your spiritual body,
The etheric.
Begin to allow yourself to rest there for a few moments.
In the atmosphere of love,
Seeing with the eyes of love,
Hearing the sound of love.
All is love.
And say to yourself,
I rest in an atmosphere of love.
I rest in an atmosphere of love.
I live and have my being in an atmosphere of love.
And bringing your attention back to the breath.
Breathing in and exhaling.
As you become aware of the truth of your being and bringing that truth,
That awareness into your waking time.
Breathing yourself and this new awareness back into the room you're in,
The chair or the cushion,
Becoming present with this truth,
With this love.
And when you're ready,
With the breath,
Simply open your eyes to your physical surroundings,
Knowing that this is the truth of your being.
Love.
And so it is,
