Okay.
Just a few words to begin with.
There's no path to presence.
If we're on this so-called path,
If we believe that this is not enough right now,
We're chasing something.
I have to give up the chess.
Because the chase,
Unless we.
.
.
Let's begin to see that this present moment is what we're looking for.
Will chase an idea.
And it'll carry on until the day we die.
And that's how mind keeps dominant.
By offering you these carrots.
If you just try a bit harder.
Is not about trying.
It's more about resting here.
What's not chasing here?
What's not in the chase?
The hearing,
The seeing,
The feeling.
The senses.
The breathing's not chasing anything.
You look at nature,
Nothing's chasing anything.
It's just the human mind.
And that's the cause of our suffering.
You know,
We become so embroiled in thinking,
In mind,
As we grow,
We just end up so confused about who we are,
What life is.
And this is a.
.
.
A letting go or an unravelling of all that.
It's not about believing anything.
You don't have to believe anything.
Look at nature again.
Nature doesn't believe anything.
Yet there it goes on its way,
In harmony.
See,
We have to come out of these ideas.
These ideas are not helpful.
Practical ideas maybe,
Of course.
So we come back to the simplicity of this moment.
And you've noticed by now.
Surprise you're not bald stiff.
It's the same message every time.
This is not entertainment.
It might help us to relax on a morning.
By all means,
And center ourselves,
Great.
Nothing wrong with that.
But ultimately to bow.
Seeing the cause of our own suffering.
And that's when it begins to.
.
.
Resolve itself.
We stopped playing the game.
Okay.
Let's turn towards our experience.
And I'll become curious about what's actually happening.
We feel what's here.
Just join this.
Just feeling what's here.
Is there sadness or whatever?
Just feel it.
Attention.
Just feel it.
And relax.
You know,
In one of the five senses.
Then it's just fantasy.
Just notice you play with the fire of ego-centered thinking.
You will get burned.
Notice that.
More you notice the less you'll do it.
What's going on?
There's no path.
Give up the chase.
Listen to the birds or the traffic.
Feel the breath.
Where is the attention right now?
Okay,
That brings us to the end of the session.
Give me a little stretch.
Bye bye guys.
