Hello guys.
Good morning,
Good afternoon,
Good evening.
So just to let.
.
.
Those know that haven't done.
Fridays before.
Tomorrow you can ask any questions or make any observations.
And send them by email or email.
Tomorrow morning.
Real time.
But if you've got any questions do send them over or do ask.
We're going to have a short loving-kindness.
And then I'm going to read a poem about silence.
Let's just start off.
With a little bit of breath meditation,
Just to settle.
Just feeling the breath.
And take your attention to your heart center.
Don't think about it.
And just soften around any mood.
He may find any sadness,
Anything.
It's just your little kindness too.
Any discomfort?
And into this heart space if you wish.
Just drop in the silent words.
May I be happy.
May I be well.
And you stay there.
Put your hand on your heart if you wish.
Or any part of the body that may be in pain.
May I find peace.
And contentment.
Into this hard space,
I'd like you to invite a good friend.
See what happens.
May you be well.
May you be happy.
May your life go well for you.
Just wish them well.
Keep it simple.
As our self,
Our good friend.
I'd like you to invite somebody you find a little difficult,
Maybe a neighbour,
A work colleague.
Invite the men and see what happens.
Don't go into the head.
And now wish them well.
May ye be well,
May ye be happy.
May you find peace and happiness.
And so we have.
Difficult person.
A friend and ourself,
We all just want to be happy.
All have troubles,
All have delights.
May we all be well and happy.
I'm going to read a short poem and then we're going to sit in silence.
We're going to do what the poem suggests.
It's just a short one.
It is enough to listen to the silence.
Silence comes to fetches.
From where we have just been,
Where there were thoughts and feelings.
It is enough to listen to the silence.
Silence brings us to where we are now,
Right here.
In this place,
This morning.
It is enough to listen to the silence.
Silence embraces what wants to become.
What a good day.
Whatever this day brings us is hell.
And always has been,
In this silence,
Now.
It is enough to listen to the silence.
Where's your attention right now?
Listening to the silence.
OK.
And a little stretch.
Have a good day guys!
