Hello and welcome to today's meditation with Sunrise Well.

And when you're ready just bringing your eyes to a close.

Maybe just letting out a sigh.

Letting your breath become nice and regular.

Making sure that you release any tension through the body.

Just gently scanning from the top of the head down to the toes.

Going through the body,

Releasing points of pressure,

Tightness,

Tension.

Try not to get into any kind of story or labelling through the body.

Just make your way down and if there is any tight part,

Any tense area,

Just letting it go.

You can also go through some of the areas in your body that you find you hold tension.

We're looking for loosening and relaxing.

Just checking in common areas of tightness around the buttocks,

Around the belly,

Just letting go.

Feeling the shoulders dropping down,

Relaxing.

Fingers and hands.

Just loosen around the jaw and the lips.

Around the eyes and the eyebrows.

Letting go.

Letting go.

Feeling the breath coming in and out like an ocean,

Waves on the shore.

Gently in and gently out.

No pressure,

No force.

We're going to give colour to your breath.

As you exhale,

I want you to think about something that makes you feel stressed.

Could be one thing or it could be many things but the feeling of stress.

As you exhale,

Exhale red air and exhale the stress.

Just allow all the red air to release from your lungs,

From your body every time you breathe out,

You let go of that stress.

Red air with the exhale.

And as you breathe in,

Picture a place that brings you comfort,

That brings you calm.

A place where you feel happy.

Feeling the colour blue and with it the image of a place that makes you feel happy.

Feel your lungs with the colour blue and the image that makes you feel calm,

Peaceful and relaxed.

Breathing in calm blue,

Image of happiness.

Place where you feel calm and relaxed and at ease,

At peace.

Exhale red,

Releasing the tension,

Releasing the anger,

The frustration,

The tension,

The stress and as the red is released from the lungs,

You feel your body just get grounded and more relaxed.

Feeling calm blue,

Exhaling all the stressful red.

Allow the blue to fill your lungs and fill the cells of your body,

Moving all the way through your body,

Filling it up with each inhale and then with each exhale fully releasing,

Letting go of all the stress as it exits your body through the red air.

Taking three more breaths like this.

And then returning to your normal breath.

Just bringing your attention to your nose and a gentle wave of air inhaling and exhaling from your body.

And then on your next breath we're going to finish with an open mouth sigh,

Taking a deep inhale open mouth exhale.

Peace.
