Guidance and protection,

A flow dream meditation.

I close my eyes and breathe deeply.

I relax.

I breathe in slowly,

Counting to three as I hold my breath and I release my breath slowly.

I continue to breathe deeply,

Evenly,

Relaxing,

Releasing,

Letting go.

I feel a warm,

Soothing light like sweet amber oil pouring over my forehead,

Relaxing everything it touches.

It sweeps down over my jaw,

Loosening it,

And down my neck.

This light pouring over my shoulders as I feel them let go and drop.

This rich,

Smooth light pours through my chest and heart and I breathe easy and sure as this light now spills down to my abdomen,

Relaxing my stomach,

And now it moves down through my legs all the way to the floor.

I'm filled with peace and relaxation.

My body feels good,

Relaxed.

I've let go.

My mind also lets go,

Drifts.

I'm a leaf on the water,

Slowly meandering over the surface,

Floating.

I'm in an endless lake of beautiful light like crushed diamonds turned to pure energy.

I feel the weight and the solidity of this light under me.

I feel a current within it that draws me forward.

I flow along this current at just the right pace as I allow myself to relax into this river of God or source,

Creation,

Or universal mind.

It makes no difference what it's called.

All I know is that when I'm in it,

I'm led,

I'm cocooned,

I'm positioned back into the greater flow of all things,

The majesty of life,

The beauty of who I am.

It feels as if I've been nestled in a thousand blankets.

I'm protected.

I'm beyond everything I know,

Far,

Deep into the core of the universe,

Where I'm not just protected.

I am where protection itself exists in the core.

I am safe.

I am free.

I am myself.

I feel how surrounding me,

There's an intelligence here so profound,

So gentle that it infuses the very energy around me.

This great,

Gentle,

Strong,

Universal intelligence cradles me.

It protects me.

It allows me to feel like a child,

Vulnerable,

Trusting,

Knowing I am cared for and safe.

I can be soft here.

I can be open here.

I find myself here.

I can cry.

I can laugh.

I allow myself any feeling I desire.

I am safe here to experience it,

To see it,

To understand it.

To express it.

Because everything here is okay.

There's no wrong here.

Everything I am here is accepted.

I am perfect just as I am.

There is nothing for me to become.

Who I am right now,

Everything I am,

Everything I know is perfect.

I am at just the right level,

Just the right amount.

I feel this.

It feels like the divine.

It feels like pure acceptance.

It feels like safety.

I can choose to become anything that I want here.

All around me,

The energy waits.

What will I decide?

What do I need?

The flow waits,

Ready,

Listening.

So I say,

Guide me,

Guide me.

Show me what will make me happiest.

Lead me where I should go next.

I want to grow,

Expand,

And increase my happiness in every possible way.

Guide me.

I accept.

Guide me.

You know the exact right things to bring into my life.

You know the right ideas to fall into my lap or pop into my head.

Guide me.

I feel you guiding me,

Taking my hand,

Drawing me forward,

Nudging me to where I tingle in response,

Knowing that this is right.

This is it.

Guide me into inspired action,

Into inspired thoughts.

Present to me anything that can propel me ever more securely and perfectly toward where I want to go,

Which is toward my happiest and most content life possible.

I stretch my arms out into the vast energy that surrounds me,

Into the clusters of brilliant light and stars that surround me.

I can sense them swirling and twirling,

Filled with activity and intelligence,

Divinity and power,

Filled with higher love,

Awareness,

And extraordinary intellect.

I can see them.

I feel their pulse.

And I came here to be in this presence,

The presence of flow,

Of God,

Of source,

Of light,

Of intelligence,

Of cohesion,

Of connectedness.

I came here for relief,

For rejuvenation,

To be rebuilt,

To ask for guidance and receive that guidance and create it now in my life.

I am always invited here.

I am always welcome.

The door stands open and ready for me.

This place exists for this.

It exists for me and all others to be basked in protection and guidance.

This place is ecstatic that I have found it,

That I was aware enough to come.

I am welcomed with loving arms.

I am guided in.

I am welcomed.

This place exists for me to feel the love of the universe,

A love that truly exists,

Security that never ends.

It is here that I am safe,

Eternal,

And perpetually guided.

No matter what other small emotions may temporarily distract me,

I am eternal.

I feel that like a great expansion inside me.

I am aware,

And I feel the awareness expanding outward from me,

Receptive and creative.

I am guided,

And I feel that strong guidance surrounding and protecting.

I am a co-creator with the universe and with Source,

And I am always protected in this agreement.

This is a protection that zips me up from the inside,

Like a zipper closing around my eternal form,

Flexible,

Breathable,

Yet secure and always there.

This protection allows only good,

Right action into my life.

It allows only sweetness and joy and excitement into my days.

Negativity is bounced off me,

Sent away,

Unaligned.

My protection,

My guidance is so deep and so real and so within me,

In my core,

That even when I leave this divine place and return to my external life,

The protection and guidance remains,

Like a brilliant shield that deflects anything that's in any way less than what I need,

Want,

Or am equal to.

I feel strong,

Yet supple and flexible.

I have no fear about anything.

I know everything in my life is working out,

Growing,

Expanding,

And getting better every day.

I feel a bubbly kind of anticipation and curiosity about what will come next,

What choices I'll make,

Where I'll go,

Who will be with me,

And what I take into my life or reject from my life.

This is exciting.

I want to know who I am.

I want to feel myself bloom and expand just as I feel it right now.

This glorious,

Gorgeous expansion that I can only do in this particular way through life,

Through my choices and actions and thoughts.

And I'm so eager to get back to that.

So eager now to see what's next.

And so I float right now in that feeling of what's next.

I'm ready.

I'm excited.

I'm divinely protected and guided.

What's next is love,

Awareness,

Expansion,

Joy,

Inspired action,

And so much more.

I am protected and guided always,

Both within myself and outside of myself.

And now I choose to bask in this feeling,

In this knowledge,

Until I decide to return to regular consciousness.
