I call it The Flow and right now we're going to visit yours.

You something really wonderful inside your imagination.
So let's go.
Take a deep
Breath and count with me to three while you hold it.
One,
Two,
Three and let it go.
Now take another deep breath and breathe in for as long as you can this time.
And let your breath out again.
Now close your eyes and picture a desert island and you're standing on the beach.
In front of you is an ocean of sparkling light.
It's frothy light full of bubbles like soda and filled with twinkling lights.
But it's not water at all and it's not deep.
You can walk right through it and it will just
Get your legs wet.
You get on your knees and scoop up a handful of this bubbling light
And it's very soft in your fingers like feathers or bubbles that never pop.
Just then you hear a bird call and you turn your head and look into the middle of the
Desert island.
You see tall coconut palm trees and a pool of this same sparkling light in the
Middle of this ring of palm trees.
Surrounding it are big round sandy rocks perfect for climbing.
You walk to the pool and look in and because you're barefoot you put your toes in this pool
Of bubbling light and feel how the light tickles your feet.
You walk in further and notice how the
Pool never gets any deeper than your ankles.
A little stream pours into your pool from between
Two big sandy boulders.
Because it's so warm and the sparkling light feels good,
You sit down in your shallow pool and watch the bubbling light flow around you.
It feels really good being here,
Cooling off in this secret pool surrounded by the
Friendly coconut trees and rocks.
It feels right somehow and you suddenly know that this is your
Pool only for you and no one else can find it.
It's only for you.
In fact the whole desert island
Is your own secret hideaway.
You look down in the pool and you see that the whole bottom of it
Is covered with sand and tiny round pebbles in a rainbow of colors.
Green,
Blue,
Purple,
Orange,
And yellow.
You put your hand into them and they feel smooth and soft like gemstones.
Just then,
You notice something half buried in the pebbles.
It's a treasure.
You look around
And you see lots of treasure half buried in this pool.
You scoop away some sand and there's another
Treasure.
What is it?
What is this treasure you've discovered?
Why is your pool so full of good
Things?
Why are all these good things yours?
You have this secret island all to yourself,
Full of this magic bubbling energy filled with treasure because you're simply a good person
And you deserve it.
You're caring and kind.
You're intelligent and creative.
You always
Think up neat stuff.
You're a good listener.
You make a lot of right decisions every day.
You're loving and your heart is big and full and you're very loved.
You have people in your life
Some might be family some might not be and they love you.
Why do they love you?
Why do you deserve all of these good things?
You always deserve love and to be taken care of and for your life to be filled with things that
Make you happy.
You always deserve to feel full and even during those times when you don't feel
Loved or appreciated or taken care of.
You know you can always come here to your magic island
And ask your flowing place to fill up your life again with anything you ask for.

To give you anything anything in your life at all.
Maybe these aren't things you have to buy at a
Store but other kinds of things that just make you feel good inside that make you happy all over.
Like when you ride a bike and feel good or when you have good friends who always want to play
With you or when you find something you really like to do or a kind of toy you play with or a
Game you make up and you do it for hours because it's so much fun.
Your life is full of fun and
Things that make you feel good and support you in anything that you want to do or be.
This pool,
This bubbling spring of treasures is all yours right now.
Think of a feeling you want more of in your life.
Is it to feel more love?
Is it to feel like you
Have friends who want to be with you?
Is it to feel like school and learning things are really
Easy for you and never stressful?
Is it to not feel afraid of things anymore and to have lots
Of strength and courage inside yourself?
What does this feel like when you have this?
What does it feel like when everything in your life is just perfect?
What are these feelings?
Happy or relieved maybe?
Feel them right now.
There's never not enough of something no matter what anyone else has told you.
You always have enough and more of the things and feelings that you want.
You have so much in fact that you even have extra that you can give away.

Now imagine that their love comes out of their heart like waves of light.
Pink waves of light.
Streams of light.
Love coming out of their heart.
Out of their heart and going
Into your heart.
Whenever you hug each other the love goes back and forth and back and forth.
You love each other and hug each other right now.
You're surrounded by love.
You're surrounded by good and perfect things in your life.
Your pool is always filled with treasure and every time you take some out and enjoy it
More treasure gets filled in.
You always have more than enough.
You always have everything and anything you're desiring.
Especially feelings.
So feel those
Feelings you want anytime.
Just feel them.
Don't wait for them to happen.
Feel love and happiness
And good friends and family who love you.
Feel how your life is filled
With things that make you happy and feel good.
Your life is easy.
Your life is flowing
And you love your life.
Now it's time to say goodbye to your treasure pool for a little while.
You can come back anytime you want.
When you go to sleep you can imagine it.
When you're upset
You can imagine it.
When you're just daydreaming you can imagine it and go there.
So right now we tell our magic pool goodbye and we feel how it says goodbye back
