Create, Expand your options, Receive your desires, And breathe in relief. I close my eyes and let myself relax. I drift, Feeling the warm wash of energy that surrounds me. The air is alive with it. I draw in a breath, Taking this beautiful light, This energy into my lungs, And I release it at my own pace. I breathe deeply and freely, Feeling relaxation spill through each point in my body where I held tension. My brow loosens and relaxes. My jaw releases. The muscles in the back of my neck let go, Feeling the release dropping down through my shoulders and into my chest, Which continues to expand and release. My lower back, Abdomen, And hips all rest comfortably. I'm drifting into a daydream, A daydream, My mind wandering into some other world, A world deep within the world that I see with my eyes, Into the world that's alive and buzzing with energy and information. I imagine myself standing in a vast green field. The field's grasses blow gently in a warm breeze, Creating a soothing, Rustling sound that swirls around me. The sun is warming my face, And I sense that the earth on which I stand, This vibrant, Rich, Alive field, It contains a powerful and immense energy, An energy of life and creation that radiates upward from the rich, Loamy soil beneath my feet. It's an energy of creation, The energy of life and all that is, And it makes things. It makes everything flowing forward through time and space in an eternal act of creation. And I feel myself, My own being, The flow of my own existence moving with it, Flowing with it, Moving into a future from which new things continuously and beautifully emerge into my life. I draw in a breath of this beautiful energy, And I feel, I know, I sense how all of my own personal desires, Hopes and concerns continuously affect this glow, This future flow. As I exhale out, I bring to mind something that I felt has somehow become stalled or blocked or perhaps just hasn't come to be yet. This desire, I feel, Too, The people, The place, The opportunity, All the pieces and parts that surround this desire, The components hovering before me, All the particulars that I've been pouring in, Hover and swirl in the air, In this fertile field. And just as easily, I now reach out with my mind, With my being, And I wrap all of these things and hopes and particulars together, Gathering them up in the air before me, Like taking up the corners of a tablecloth and allowing everything to move to the middle, Coming together. I hold this cloth of light with all my expectations right in the center. As I hold it, I recognize that all my expectations, They've represented just one path, One possible way, One that I'd settled on and wrapped my heart around. Yet, My flow, My being, My future and source all that is, Has a billion ways of accomplishing its desires, A thousand paths that all lead to the same destination. I release what I'm holding, This one singular, Stuck, Stalled way, And I put my hands over my heart, Moving deep into my own interior, Deep into the feelings behind whatever it is that I had created this path, These expectations for. I consider, What is it that this goal or desire, This outcome, What feelings do I believe it will give me? How will I feel, Ultimately, Should I receive this? I let the feeling, I let the feeling bloom in me, Grow in me, A seedling springing up from the earth, Unfurling, Tender and green, Strong, Moving up toward the sun. Anything that I need, Desire, Want, Have a joy and a love for experiencing this feeling. Perhaps it's for freedom. My goal would have given me freedom. My goal would give me security or perhaps healing, Perhaps recognition, Validation, Comfort, Perhaps wealth, Stability. Maybe love, Belonging, Connection, Or a vitality, Buoyant, Beautiful health. I sense these feelings, The depth of my desire, The feeling from which it all sprung, I feel it moving through me, Moving up through my body, Up through my being, Moving out from me. And I see in front of me now, A beautiful hot air balloon, All streaked with silvers and golds, Celestial, Gorgeous. I step in and I let myself rise, I rise higher and higher, Rising up from this emerald green field into this beautiful sky, Full of light, Energy. My feelings spreading out from me in a blaze all around me, Sparkling, Filling my flow. And as I lift higher and higher, I look down at that one tiny, Tied up package that I had dropped on that narrow path. And I laugh, I laugh to myself at the small, Few, Narrow expectations I'd had. How small my thoughts were, How narrow the path to reach my goal, My outcome, My desires. Yes, It may have been a good idea, But it was just one of billions. I shake off that last bit of feeling of how tight and tiny I had made my expectations as I'd layered on all the hows and ways of going about things to get there, The must-haves. Releasing it, Emptying it of me. Because here, Around me in this sky, I feel my flow and life in my future lifting me higher. And the feelings, The true depth of what I seek is getting stronger and stronger, Pulsing through me, My energy. And I know, I know in this moment, This is what life is hearing from me. This is what Source hears. This is my true direction, My true desire. These feelings lead me into them. Find the ways for them to come to me. Weave the path, Weave the braids of all the opportunities, Moments, Coincidences, Synchronicities, People, Places, And time. Bring it together so it's just right, So it's perfect. More full of ease and faster, More perfect than I could have ever imagined. Draw it together. And I feel the energies being drawn together around me right now. Lifting, Leading, Pulling my desire, My emotion forward, Forward, Clear, Easy, Fast. And again, I sigh and laugh with joy and relief. Reaching my arms to the sky. I take it in. I receive it. I take what my flow brings. I allow the new motion, The new way to begin spinning around me. Coming closer, Entering me, My life, My sphere, My everything, And knowing. My desires are in motion. They are heard. They are already being acted on in such a way as I could have never imagined. What a sweet, Sweet relief. Sweet relief. What joy, What ecstasy is in my heart, Knowing. My prayers are being answered. My value has been seen, Acknowledged, And loved. And I truly am entering the greatest fulfillment of my desires. Having released the small, The narrow, Stuck, And fully and completely opened to divine grace. The ease and flow of my true being and my next step, The one waiting for me already, Even now. Even now. I allow this beautiful space to begin to fade, Recalling my physical self, The moment in time where I return. And whenever I'm ready, I open my eyes, Carrying this beautiful sense of security, Knowing, Blessedness, Thankfulness, And love.
