Transcript

Om Aum Aum Aum Now become aware of any sensation you're feeling in the body.

Observe what you're feeling without judgement or an attempt to understand.

Now allow your awareness to be placed on the breath as it enters and leaves the body.

Become aware of the emotions as they arise within you.

Remain the neutral witness observing the emotions as they arise and subside.

Now become aware of the thoughts as they pass through the mind like clouds in the sky.

Observing but letting them go.

From this neutral place of witnessing pure awareness,

Pure consciousness,

I invite you to repeat these words after me.

I forgive myself.

I forgive myself.

I forgive myself.

For any harm my behavior has caused to myself or others.

For any harm my words have caused to myself or others.

For any harm my expressed emotions or suppressed emotions have caused to myself or others.

For any harm my thoughts or intentions have caused to myself or others.

I forgive myself.

I forgive myself.

I forgive myself.

I forgive myself.

Now from this neutral place of witnessing the light of pure consciousness,

Pure awareness,

I invite you to repeat these words either silently or out loud after me.

I forgive all others.

I forgive all others.

I forgive all others.

For any harm their behavior caused me.

For any harm their words caused me.

For any harm their emotional expressions caused me.

For any harm their thoughts or intentions caused me.

I forgive all others.

I forgive all others.

I forgive all others.

Now allow your awareness to return to the breath as it's entering and leaving the body.

Allow your awareness to return to any sensations that you're feeling physically.

Neutrally noticing whatever it is you're feeling.

Now fully present and aware,

We will end this meditation with a short prayer.

Loka samastah sukhino bhavantu.

May the entire universe be filled with peace and joy,

Love and light.
