It may be pleasant or unpleasant.
You're simply witnessing.
Now bring your awareness to any emotions that are arising in the heart or the mind.
They may be pleasant or unpleasant.
You're simply observing pure awareness,
Watching the emotions.
Now bring the awareness to any thoughts that are arising in the mind.
Allow them to pass like clouds in the sky or waves on the ocean arising and subsiding.
Simply rest,
Aware of what the mind is thinking without adding to the story or getting involved in the dialogue.
Now allow yourself some time to rest as pure awareness,
The pure light of consciousness,
The existence itself.
If your body,
Mind or emotions are asking for your attention,
Just observe as the neutral witness knowing that that's not who you are.
You are pure consciousness.
You are neutral awareness.
You are the seer,
The one who sees.
Now bring the awareness back to the breath,
Observing without controlling as the breath enters and leaves the body.
Now bring the awareness back to any sensations you're feeling in the body.
Give them your full attention.
