Chakra Meditation,
Energy Healing and Flow by Sue Booker.
Now's a good time to get comfortable,
Either sitting up or laying down.
In this meditation,
We'll focus on the seven main chakras.
Chakras are energy centers within the body.
If the energy gets stuck,
Then we don't feel our optimal self.
So let's set an intention that the energy flows for the highest good.
And also feel free to add any other intention that you wish at this time.
Let's close our eyes and take three cleansing breaths.
Into the nose,
Hold for two,
And out the mouth.
And then the second cleansing breath,
And then the third.
Surrender to your breaths and let go of anything that isn't serving you at this time.
Focus on your breath rather than your mind.
Now envision a waterfall of golden light entering the top of your head at the crown chakra.
Envision the water changing to a violet color.
The crown chakra is our connection to the divine.
Now envision the water moving down to our third eye chakra,
The water changing to an indigo color.
The third chakra is the center of our intuition.
Now envision the water trickling down to our throat chakra,
Changing to a blue color.
The throat chakra is our voice,
And it allows us to speak our truth to the outside world.
Now envision the water flowing down to your heart chakra,
Changing to an emerald green.
The heart chakra is where we find love,
Self-love,
And also the ability to receive.
Now envision the water moving down to the bottom of your ribcage,
Turning to yellow,
Which is the solar plexus chakra.
This is where we find confidence and self-esteem.
Now envision the water moving slowly down around your belly button to the sacral chakra,
Turning to an orange color.
This is where our creativity and sexuality lies.
And finally envision the water moving down to the bottom of our spine,
Changing to a red color,
To our root chakra.
This is where we find grounding and stability.
Now let's take three cleansing breaths again.
In through the nose,
Hold for two,
And out the mouth,
And then the second cleansing breath,
And then the third cleansing breath.
I hope you feel gratitude for taking time out of your day for yourself,
For this practice.
Thank you and namaste.
