Everyone,
Everywhere is experiencing a transformational experience and all of our experiences are unique.
This meditation will bring insight into your unique experience as well as bring clarity and focus into your new way of being upon entering a transformed world.
Begin by entering into a receptive meditative state either sitting or lying on your back with your arms to the side and your palms up.
Take three deep breaths,
Appreciating the unrestricted air as you breathe in and feeling your body letting go and relaxing as you breathe out.
Scan your body,
Becoming aware of any tension you are experiencing and use your will and your breath to release it.
Begin with your feet,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Relaxed and slowly travel up,
Relaxing your ankles,
Shins,
Upper legs.
Feel the wave of relaxation traveling through your pelvis,
Your low back and abdomen.
Let go of any tension in your mid-back and chest.
Feel this wave of relaxation traveling through your shoulders,
Your arms,
Wrists and hands.
Feel all around your neck,
Your chin,
Cheeks,
Lips,
Eyes,
Forehead and scalp all joining into this deeply relaxed receptive state.
Now become aware of your breath.
Just observe it coming in and going out.
Now bring your awareness to your thoughts and just observe them popping up and fading away with no judgment.
Now as much as possible focus your mind under the simple phrase,
I am.
As you breathe in,
Mentally say I and as you exhale,
Feel the word,
Am.
Thoughts will come in,
Some from what you are hearing now,
Some relate to your current life experience.
Just observe these thoughts with no judgment and in between these thoughts come back to your breath and the words,
I am.
Allow yourself to become aware of some of the frequent emotions you have been experiencing lately.
Accept and acknowledge these feelings using the mantra,
I am before naming these emotions and feelings.
You may have been feeling anxiety,
Loneliness,
Fear,
Anger as well as uncertainty.
In this relaxed state observe your inhalation saying I and exhalation stating am and name these emotions.
Yes,
These are some of the emotions you and many other people have been experiencing lately and you are taking positive steps such as listening to this meditation to maintain a healthy balance in your life.
Acknowledge now some of the emotions and actions you would like to be feeling or some of the actions taking to preserve your well-being such as gratitude,
Resourcefulness,
Discipline.
Bring these into your awareness by repeating the following affirmations,
I am resourceful,
I am grateful,
I am strong,
I am happy,
I am disciplined,
I am establishing and following healthy daily routines.
Yes,
There is much uncertainty about how our world would be in the future.
You have little control of how it will evolve.
You do have the ability to control your reaction to what will be.
Use this deeply relaxed state to create a vision of how you would like to see yourself when you fully enter back into a transformed world.
This vision may take the form of images or statements of how you would like to see yourself moving through this new reality.
Envision using your unique talents to uplift your community,
Your work and your relationships.
Tap into that all-knowing part of you that understands what you need to do and create this image now.
