Let's bring in the energy of the Wolf.
Begin by lying on your back with your arms to the side and your palms up.
Take a few deep breaths coming into the here and now.
Let's go into a very deep peaceful state of relaxation.
Begin by becoming aware of your toes and feel them drifting away into this very deep restful state.
Feel this wave of relaxation traveling through the soles and the heels of the foot.
Letting go,
Letting go,
Relaxed.
Feel your ankles drifting away deeper and deeper.
The shins and calves let go.
All around your knees joining in this very peaceful state.
Now your upper legs join in and let go.
Now focus in on your fingers and feel them letting go.
The palms back of the hands and wrists drifting away deeper and deeper.
Forearms elbows and upper arms deeply relaxed.
Now your arms are just like your legs in this complete state of relaxation.
Focus in on your pelvis and keep on letting go until there's nothing left to let go of.
Relax the low back and abdomen.
The mid back,
Upper back and chest drifting away.
All around your shoulders.
Feel your neck letting go and turning into this very deep peaceful state.
Relax the chin.
Cheeks.
Lips.
Tongue.
Lungs.
Eyes.
Far head and scalp.
Scan your body see if there's any area still holding on to any tension.
Use the power of your mind to let it go.
Now become aware of your breath just observe it coming in and going out.
Don't let your mind wander.
Keep focused on your breath.
Now observe your thoughts with no judgment.
Just watch your thoughts as if you're watching a movie.
Now focus your mind on the sound of my voice and the affirmations it will be giving you.
Repeat each affirmation that will bring in the qualities of the wolf into your life into your consciousness.
Repeat each affirmation silently and make it your own.
I am patient and know intuitively exactly when to take action.
I grasp and support the purpose of any group I belong to.
I am compassionate.
I read and communicate clearly through body language.
I am a natural leader.
I embrace my power and spirit of adventure.
I see all sides of a situation and act decisively for the benefit of all.
I am a creative problem solver.
I am in harmony with nature.
I cunningly and intuitively use my personal power.
Now think about a challenging situation in your life.
See yourself expressing the qualities of the wolf within you.
Bring in your creativity,
Your intuition,
Your sense of loyalty,
Allegiance to your group.
Call upon your wisdom and intuition and see yourself taking the appropriate action to resolve this situation to everyone's satisfaction.
Now see yourself walking away knowing you have compassionately communicated to all involved the path to resolution.
Walk away shaking it off and lead the way to a new path,

Now you can choose to return to a usual level of wakefulness and alertness or drift into a deep sleep.
