Be guided into a full body relaxation, designed to discharge stressful negative energy, bringing harmony back into your moment.
Transcript
You Lie down on your mat or a bed with your arms by your sides Palms facing up and legs gently apart If you feel uncomfortable,
Feel free to place a pillow under your knees or just raise your knees Experiment with your position.
You may even find sitting up to be more comfortable Let's begin by feeling the weight of your body on the mat or whatever surface you are on Notice the points of contact between that surface and your body Each time you breathe out,
Allow yourself to sink a little deeper into the mat I'd like for you to become aware of the sensations of your breath Start to feel the breath going in and out of your nostrils Passing through the back of your throat and into your lungs Feel your chest and belly rising and falling with each breath And be aware of your breath for the next few moments Now you can rotate your consciousness throughout different parts of your body Allow your mind to move freely from one body to the next Please say the name of the body part yourself.
Visualize the body part first And allow the body to relax after making the mind and body connection You don't need to move the body part you're focusing on.
Just simply feel the body part with your attention With the power of your mind and its ability to concentrate on just one thing The practice begins on the right side Starting with the right hand thumb.
We are now putting our attention on the right hand's thumb Now second finger Third finger Fourth finger Fifth finger The palm of your hand The back of the hand Your wrist The forearm The elbow Upper arm Shoulder Arm pit The right side of your waist The hip Going down now to your thigh Your knee Calf Ankle And your heel Now we move to the sole of your right foot To the top of the foot Now to your right big toe Second toe Third toe Fourth toe And fifth toe Now we move to your left hand thumb Second finger Third finger Fourth finger Fifth finger The palm of your left hand The back of the hand And now your wrist Going up now to the forearm Elbow Upper arm Shoulder Arm pit Waist Hip Down to your thigh Moving into the knee Down to the calf And then reaching the ankle Now your heel And then to the sole of your foot To the top of the foot Your left big toe To your second toe Your third toe Your fourth toe And your fifth toe Now we go to the back of the body Starting with the right heel Left heel Right calf Left calf Your right thigh Left thigh Now we go to your butt The left butt cheek The right butt cheek Moving up to your lower back The middle back The upper back The entire spine From the bottom,
Your coccyx All the way up to your shoulders Your right shoulder blade Left shoulder blade Now to the center of the back of the neck And then gradually up to the back of your head Now the top of your head And going down towards the front,
Your forehead To the right temple Left temple The right ear The left ear Right eyebrow Left eyebrow Left eyebrow Middle of the eyebrows Right eye Left eye Right nostril Nostril Left nostril Right cheek Left cheek Your upper lip Your lower lip Both lips together Moving down to your chin Around to your jaw Next down to your throat Further down to your right collarbone Left collarbone And down to the right side of your chest Moving across to the left side of the chest Further down to your upper abdomen Your navel Lower abdomen Right groin Left groin And down finally to your pelvic floor We'll change the perspective now by incorporating our awareness upon an entire body part We'll start with the entire right leg The whole left leg Up to your entire right arm Moving across to the entire left arm Now the whole face,
The front of your head And now the entire head,

Back,
Sides and top Let's move down now to the whole torso And now complete awareness of the whole body,
The entire body Your entire body Completely let go Feel yourself floating away Fading away Fading away deep into this moment Further embracing this current presence that you have with yourself,
