Welcome.

I'm glad I can accompany you on your journey toward releasing money blocks and stepping into abundance.

This is your time.

A time to step away from the noise of the world,

From the worries that may cloud your mind and to reconnect with the deeper truth that abundance is your natural state.

Today we journey together to gently uncover and release the hidden blocks and fears around money and to step into the radiant flow of abundance that is always available to you.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either sitting upright with your feet grounded or lying down with your body fully supported.

Close your eyes and let your awareness begin to settle inward.

Take a slow breath in through your nose,

Hold for a moment and exhale softly through your mouth.

Let's every breath invite your body to soften,

Your shoulders to drop,

Your jaw to release.

Feel the chair or the ground beneath you holding you,

Reminding you that in this moment you are safe,

You are supported,

You are allowed to simply be.

Now gently bring your attention to the crown of your head.

Imagine a soft wave of awareness moving downward.

Notice your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks.

If you sense any tension,

Breathe into it and allow it to melt away.

Let your awareness drift to your jaw.

So often we hold financial stress here.

If your teeth are clenched allow them to part slightly.

Exhale releasing any stored worry.

Move down to your shoulders.

Notice if they're carrying heaviness.

Imagine setting that weight down.

With each exhale allow your shoulders to sink lower,

Softer.

Bring awareness to your chest and heart space.

This is where fear of not having enough can often live.

Simply notice.

Breathe into the space around your heart,

Creating a little more openness with every inhale.

Move your awareness to your belly.

Many of us hold financial worry here as a knot or tightness.

If you wish,

Place one hand on your stomach and with each exhale imagine loosening that knot,

Softening the grip.

Now feel your hands.

Imagine they are mirrors of your mind.

If they feel tight or restless know that with intention you can bring ease here too.

Take a moment now to simply breathe.

Scanning from head to toe,

Whispering to yourself,

I am safe,

I am supported,

I am open to release.

Now let's create a powerful physical anchor you can use during this meditation and also take with you into your daily life.

Slowly,

Gently make a fist with one hand.

Imagine that within this fist you are holding all the old fears,

The doubts,

The limiting beliefs you've carried about money.

Feel their weight in your palm.

Pause here,

Hold them,

Acknowledge them.

Now take a deep breath in and as you exhale slowly open your hand.

Release the fist,

Let the fingers unfurl.

Imagine those old fears dissolving into the air.

Let's repeat this.

Inhale,

Gently close the fist,

Holding the old stories.

Exhale,

Release,

Open the hand,

Letting them go.

Again,

Inhale,

Fist clenched,

The weight of scarcity,

Of worry.

Exhale,

Hand open,

Free,

Spacious,

Unburdened.

Feel the power in this small gesture.

It is yours to use anytime,

Anywhere.

A quiet reminder to your mind and your nervous system,

I am open to abundance.

I am free to receive.

Now imagine yourself standing before a long corridor.

The air here is heavy,

Dim.

The walls are grey and the ground beneath your feet feels cold and unwelcoming.

All along this corridor are closed doors.

Each door represents a money block,

A limiting belief,

A fear you've carried with you.

Begin to walk slowly down the corridor.

Notice the first door,

Perhaps a word appears on it,

Scarcity.

Place your hand on the door.

Feel the weight of this belief,

The old fear of not having enough.

Take a deep breath.

Gently clench your fist and as you exhale,

Release the fist and imagine this door dissolving into light.

The fear disappears and in its place,

Warm light begins to fill the hallway.

Continue walking.

Another door appears,

Marked,

I don't deserve abundance.

Pause,

Feel its presence.

Then inhale,

Clench your fist and as you exhale,

Release the fist and watch this door crumble into dust,

Replaced by radiant golden light.

As you move forward,

Door after door appears.

Fear of success,

Fear of failure,

Guilt around money,

The belief that money is hard to get.

With each one you pause,

Acknowledge it,

Clench your fist and then open your hand wide,

Releasing it,

Letting the door dissolve into brilliant light.

Notice how the corridor transforms,

Where once it was dim and uninviting.

Now it grows lighter,

Brighter,

More expansive with each block you release.

At the end of the hallway,

You see a magnificent golden door glowing with warmth and possibility.

This is the door of abundance,

The doorway to your new reality.

Step towards the golden door,

Place your hand upon it,

Feel its warmth pulsing beneath your palm,

Like sunlight captured in form.

Take a deep breath,

Clench your fist one last time,

Holding all remnants of fear and as you exhale,

Release the fist as the golden door swings wide open.

Step through.

You find yourself in a vast luminous space unlike anything you've ever known.

The ground beneath your feet glows with soft golden light.

Above the sky shimmers with stars and streams of iridescent energy.

Before you flows a magnificent golden river.

The water sparkles like liquid sunlight,

Endlessly moving,

Endlessly flowing.

This is the river of abundance.

It shows you the truth that money is energy,

Constantly circulating,

Moving around us,

Through us,

Available to us.

There is no shortage,

The river never stops.

Walk closer to the water's edge,

Notice how the golden current radiates warmth.

Hear the gentle sound of flowing energy,

Soothing and powerful.

Now imagine dipping your hands into the river,

Feel the energy moving between your fingers.

It is alive,

It is infinite,

It belongs to you and to all.

Take a moment to simply breathe here,

Soak in the beauty of this magical place.

Let the energy of the golden river remind you,

You are not separate from abundance,

You are part of the flow.

Now lift your gaze upward,

High above you a vast funnel of light opens in the sky,

A shimmering channel connecting you to the universe itself.

From this funnel,

Streams of golden abundance begin to pour down,

Flowing directly into the crown of your head.

Feel it entering through the crown chakra,

Washing gently into your mind,

Soothing old fears.

It flows down into your throat,

Clearing your voice and expression.

Down into your heart,

Filling it with warmth,

Compassion,

Worthiness.

Down into your belly,

Filling you with power and confidence.

Through your legs and feet,

Grounding you in safety and support.

Now as this golden abundance flows,

Gently clench your fist,

Inhale,

Receiving the energy.

As you exhale,

Open your hand,

Integrating,

Allowing it to fill your whole body.

Repeat this flow,

Inhale,

Fist closed,

Receiving.

Exhale,

Hand open,

Embodying abundance.

Know that this simple gesture connects you forever to this tunnel,

To this river,

To this truth.

Now bring one hand to your heart,

Feel the warmth,

The flow of golden energy circulating through you.

Silently or aloud,

Repeat these affirmations.

I am safe to receive abundance.

I release fear and open to flow.

Abundance is within me and all around me.

I am part of the golden river of prosperity.

Allow these words to sink deeply into your body,

Your mind,

Your nervous system.

As we prepare to return,

Remember this golden river,

This funnel of universal abundance,

Is always here for you.

At any time,

In any place,

You can gently clench your fist and release it.

A quiet,

Subtle reminder that you are open to abundance.

No one else will notice,

But you will know,

Your body will know.

Take a deep,

Grounding breath in and exhale softly.

Feel yourself back in the room,

Notice the surface beneath you.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Carry with you the light of abundance,

The flow of the golden river and the quiet power of your anchor.

You are open.

You are abundant.

You are free.
