To begin,
I'll invite you to sit in a way that feels comfortable to you,
Your weight evenly distributed,
And you can allow your eyes to close,
Or if they don't want to close,
You can just allow them to soft focus at the ground or off into the distance.
And I'll invite you to bring gentle attention to your breath,
Being aware as you breathe in that this is you breathing in,
And being aware as you breathe out that this is you breathing out in this moment.
And as we bring this gentle awareness to the breath,
I'll invite you to become aware of the quality of your breath.
Is it deep or shallow?
Is it entering into the belly or the chest?
Is it fast or slow?
And as you observe the breath,
Recognize that there's nothing to change or fix.
We're just allowing ourselves to be present with what is.
And I'll invite you to take a nice slow breath in and release it with a sigh.
And you can allow that sigh to take you a little bit more deeply into your body.
So you can feel your weight settle against your seat.
Maybe your shoulders soften,
Your hips soften,
Your belly softens.
Just letting gravity work.
And we can take another nice,
Slow breath together,
Breathing in and releasing.
As you continue to breathe in connection with the earth,
I'll invite you to imagine that you are in a beautiful place in nature.
There's a gentle breeze.
Maybe trees are swaying around you and you're in a little clearing.
You can notice that all around this clearing are tall trees that arc up into the sky,
Reaching towards the sun.
Maybe you can even feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.
Notice how this place smells.
Notice the quality of the light.
Notice how the ground feels beneath you.
And as you really allow yourself to become present in this beautiful place in nature,
I'll invite you to bring into your awareness of this beautiful place in nature.
A quality,
An experience,
Or an emotion that you would like more of in your life.
Maybe joy,
Or love,
Or gratitude,
Confidence,
Whatever it is,
Whatever that frequency is,
That experience is,
That you would like to welcome more of into your life.
And as you bring awareness to it,
If they're not already,
I'll just invite you to turn your palms upwards,
Facing towards the sun.
And as you bring awareness to this quality,
Experience,
Or emotion that you'd like more of in your life,
You can notice that the air around you begins to shimmer,
Almost as if the very thought and awareness of this experience is changing the quality of the world,
And the air,
And the light around you,
As it fills with the energy of the experience you'd like more of.
The air itself bringing this energy towards you,
Almost like you're a magnet.
And you can notice how the air changes in color and texture.
Maybe you can see colors dancing or weaving around you.
And as you breathe,
Continuing to bring even more awareness to the experience,
Emotion,
Or quality you'd like to welcome more of into your body and life.
I'll invite you to either whisper out loud,
Or speak,
Or you can just do it in your imagination,
The words,
I invite you into my life.
I invite you into my body wherever you are most needed.
And you can say it a few times,
Putting the name of the quality you'd like to experience more of before it.
So joy,
I invite you into my life.
I invite you into my body wherever you are most needed.
And you can feel and imagine that that light,
The vibration of it,
Begins to flow into your body.
Into your palms.
And as it does,
It flows up from your palms,
Up your arms and your shoulders,
Bathing,
Filling your body,
Filling every cell in your body with the vibration of this quality that you'd like to experience more of.
And that energy goes down your back and spine,
Down through your hips,
Down your legs to the very bottom of your feet,
And up to the very top of your head.
Until your whole body is filled with this energy,
Filled with this quality.
And if there is anywhere specific in your body that feels like it could use an extra dose of this quality or emotion,
You can just gently take your palms and place them over that part of your body.
Maybe it's your belly,
Or your heart,
Your lower back.
Just notice if there's anywhere in your body that lights up as if it's asking for additional support.
And you can place your hands there knowing that they'll be able to hold that frequency,
To share that light with that part of your body.
Maybe it's your kidneys,
Or liver,
Whatever it might be.
I invite you into my life.
I invite you even more deeply into my body wherever you are most needed.
And we'll take a few breaths here,
Allowing that energy to continue to flow through the body.
And when you're ready,
You can gently place your palms over your heart and really allow yourself to feel the warmth of the sensation of your palms on your chest as you gently return awareness to the body.
Taking a nice slow breath in and releasing.
And again,
Nice slow breath in and release.
And one more time,
A nice slow breath in and release.
Take a moment to notice your body.
Notice anything that may have shifted over the last few minutes.
And know that you can return to that place in nature as often as you want to welcome more of whatever experience or emotion or energy that you want in your life into your body and into your world.
