Hi,
This is Jaycee and this is a meditation for chakra activation and connection to divine spiritual guidance.
I use this meditation with each of my clients before an Akashic Records reading.
Please get comfortable and settle into your seat and we will begin this meditation together.
Feel yourself arriving here to this present moment.
Begin to feel into your body as you close your eyes.
Feel your breath moving in and out of your lungs as you really arrive here in this moment.
Just for now,
Remove all feelings of anticipation,
Excitement,
Doubt or fear and just be present.
Begin to visualize at the base of your spine your root chakra as a glowing red orb of light.
See this light turn on and ignite here at the base of your spine.
With each inhale,
This light gets brighter.
With each exhale,
Send this light out throughout your body and into your aura.
From this bright glowing root chakra,
Begin to send roots down from the base of your spine into the earth.
See the roots growing from the base of your spine down into your seat,
Into the floor beneath you,
Down into the rocks and the soil,
Through the crust of the earth.
With each inhale,
These roots get stronger.
With each exhale,
You send them deeper into the core of the earth.
See these roots reach down into the core of the earth and wrap them around the center of the earth three times.
Feel your roots anchoring you here in earth's energy.
Feel earth supporting you,
Grounding you here in your seat.
Spirit wants you to know it's important to remain grounded and secure in our human bodies before we connect.
Begin to draw in earth's energy of love and support up into your body with each inhale.
Now,
Bring your awareness to your crown chakra at the top of your head.
Visualize here a small hole opening at your crown chakra.
Allow a tunnel of bright white light to come from the heavens down into your crown chakra.
See this bright white light filling your body,
Cleansing your soul's physical vessel.
See your body become a glowing vessel sparkling within every cell.
This divine light is coming from spirit to cleanse your body both physically and energetically.
Now,
Send your attention to your third eye.
See the space between your eyebrows glow purple and allow your third eye to open.
Know that this is your place of energetic seeing,
Hearing,
And knowing of all love and truth.
Feel your third eye open and ready to receive.
Finally,
Drop your attention to your heart center.
See your heart chakra as a glowing green orb of light.
Your heart chakra connects equally between your crown and your root chakras.
This is the true seat of your soul.
With each inhale,
See this bright green light get brighter.
With each exhale,
Send this light out throughout your body and into your aura.
This is the place of your inner feeling and knowing.
All decisions and choices today should come from this place and should be for the highest and greatest good of all beings.
When spirit answers or speaks to you,
They will likely touch this place within your body.
Together we will do three heart breaths to cleanse your heart chakra.
A heart breath is where you breathe in through the back of your heart space.
Hold the breath at the top and allow the energy to swirl around your heart center.
Then breathe out through the front of your heart.
Breathe in through the back of your heart.
Feel the energy at the top of the breath.
Breathe out through the front of your heart.
Again,
Inhale through the back,
Hold the breath and feel the energy.
Breathe out through the front of your heart.
Last one,
Breathe in through the back of the heart.
Hold.
Breathe out through the front of the heart.
Feel the spaciousness and flow at your heart center.
Begin to deepen your breath and connect back to your physical body.
This concludes the meditation.
I encourage you to be gentle with yourself as you move throughout your day with a sense of openness,
Connection and peace.
