Welcome to Enchanted Garden,
A meditation that aims to comfort those experiencing heartbreak and emotional pain.
It provides a safe space for acknowledging feelings,
Fostering self-love and moving towards emotional resilience.
So we begin by just becoming comfortable,
Giving your body permission to relax and shake out your arms and just sit and allow your body to relax and become comfortable in this moment.
Recognize this moment as a peaceful moment and set the intention for the next 10 minutes or so that we're going to allow this moment to be exactly what it is.
So we're going to take a couple of deep breaths in and then we'll hold it and then we'll breathe out.
So after three,
One,
Two,
Three,
Take a deep breath in and then we'll hold it and then we'll breathe out.
So we're going to take a couple of deep breaths in and then we'll hold it and then we'll breathe out.
So after three,
One,
Two,
Three,
Take a deep breath in and then we'll hold it and then we'll breathe out.
So after three,
One,
Two,
Three,
Take a deep breath in,
Hold it and now just let that breath out and now breathe easy.
And we'll do it one more time.
This just connects the mind and the awareness to the body.
So one,
Two,
Three,
Take a deep breath in,
Hold it and now just allow your breath to come out naturally and now just allow your breath to be what it is.
We won't get involved with the breath anymore.
We're just going to allow the body to breathe.
And then just imagine standing,
Visualizing before you a real big beautiful iron gate.
It's entwined with trading ivy.
And this is the entrance to your enchanted garden.
It's a magical place that exists in the landscape of your heart.
And you can gently walk over to it and you gently push the gate open and you're feeling the cool metal against your palm.
And as you step inside,
You notice the vastness of the garden.
You notice that it looks a little bit neglected with some of the flowers wilted and dry patches of earth.
But don't be disheartened because this garden is a resilient one and it holds the promise of renewal just as your heart does.
And as you stroll along the garden paths,
You recognize each withering plant you see and it represents an aspect of your emotional pain.
Maybe one plant represents a lost love,
Another symbolizes regret.
And another signifies loneliness.
Take a few moments to acknowledge these feelings.
It's okay to feel this way.
It's okay to let yourself feel a bit sad.
And now in your hands,
You feel the gentle weight of a watering can.
This isn't any ordinary watering can.
It's filled with nurturing elements of self-love,
Self-care,
Forgiveness and hope.
And when you're ready,
Begin to water each plant in your garden.
And as you do,
Understand that you are tendering to your pain with love and compassion.
And watch as these droplets fall onto the dry soil,
Seeping in and reaching the roots.
You see the transformation happening before your eyes.
The wilted flowers begin to stand tall.
The colors start to return brighter.
And the new buds begin to bloom.
Every plant you nurture with love begins to flourish.
As it does,
Feel your heart becoming lighter,
Stronger and more vibrant.
This garden is a reflection of you,
As it revives and thrives,
So do you.
And we're going to spend another couple of minutes just walking around the garden,
Recognizing the plants as they grow,
Recognizing their transformation.
And as you recognize in silence,
Recognizing that you have the power to heal and grow,
Just as this garden does.
Now we'll bring our awareness back to our heart.
And we'll begin to look at the plants as they grow,
Recognizing their transformation.
And as you recognize in seeing the plants grow,
You'll begin to notice the changes in your heart.
Now we'll bring our awareness back to our breath,
Just as you notice you're breathing in and out.
Notice what you're sat on.
Notice this calmness and this revitalized energy and compassion you have.
And this sadness we can grow into and bloom whatever we want,
We are in control.
Now as we take a couple of breaths,
Just gently open your eyes,
Shake out your arms and become more aware of the room you're in.
And you can carry this image of your flourishing garden with you and the feelings of renewal with you all day long.
And remember,
It's okay to feel pain.
But within you,
Just like within your enchanted garden,
There is an innate ability to heal and bloom again.
Carry this knowledge with you,
Carry this wisdom.
And as you navigate through your journey of healing,
It's not easy healing for a broken heart or emotional pain.
Takes time,
Takes sometimes months,
Sometimes years.
But when we truly feel it and embrace it and embrace the sadness,
We can grow.
And we can grow with a bigger heart,
You know,
The heart blows wide open.
And the more it blows open,
The more we love,
The more compassion we have,
The deeper we feel.
And the deeper we feel,
The more joy and love we have.
Wishing you the most amazing day.
Bye.
