The in-breath is the invitation of light from the Great Star Nation into the body of bone and blood.

Cells.
Light.
Anywhere you are holding denser 3D energies in the physical body.
On the out-breath surrender back to the universe,
Back to the light.
Allowing more space for your own soul's light in the physical body.
And following that cycle of breath,
The invitation of light on the in-breath to the emotional body.
A vibrating field of energy that surrounds and penetrates the physical body.
Anywhere you are holding other people's emotional energy in your emotional body.
On the out-breath surrender back to the light,
Back to the universe.
Allowing more space for your own soul's light in the emotional field.
And following that cycle of breath,
On the in-breath light into the mental body.
A vibrating field of light that surrounds and penetrates the emotional body and physical body.
Anywhere you are holding other people's thoughts,
Ideas,
Belief systems,
Judgments,
Opinions that do not serve you.
On the out-breath surrender them back to the light,
Back to the horizon.
Allowing more space for your own soul's light in the mental body.

To initiate a waterfall of cleansing and clearing crystalline violet fire.
To flow down through the energy fields and in particular through the emotional body.
Clearing all denser energies that can be cleared.
Dissolving other people's emotions and clearing them.
Releasing energies picked up within intimate relationships.
Inviting that fire into the sacral chakra.
And also the reproductive systems.
Clearing and cleansing any emotional or sexual energy that does not belong to you out from your field.
Also inviting that fire into the nervous system.
Releasing as far as possible any traumas that can be released.
Dissolving any cords or attachments interfering with your emotional energy.
Clearing and dissolving any psychic structures.
Blocking psychic structures within or around your emotional body.

And I call on Metatron and all archangels from our sun.
To initiate a waterfall of clearing and cleansing gold light.
Through your energy fields and emotional body.
These three waterfalls merging to create a violet white gold waterfall of light.
Clearing other people's emotions.
Clearing the sacral reproductive systems.
Creating a deep cleanse in the nervous system.
Clearing all cords or attachments.
All psychic structures.
Affecting the emotional body.
Just allowing this waterfall to flow through your whole auric field.
Washing away any shadows.
