Release Your Fear Quickly

This meditation clears anxiety and fear. We call upon a waterfall of Diamond White Fire to release fear that we have picked up directly in conversations and also indirectly through the Collective Consciousness. We call upon Emerald Green Fire to transform all limiting stories, beliefs and thoughts in the mental body that generates anxiety and fear.

Transcript

Welcome to this super quick fear release meditation.

And open body,

Open mind.

Connect to the cycle of breaths.

On the in-breath,

Inviting light into the body.

Light into the body.

From 360 degrees,

Light from the horizon.

From the east,

The south,

The west,

The north.

And on the out-breath,

Releasing back to the horizon anything that doesn't serve you.

Anything of a lower nature.

Back to the universe.

Back to the universe.

Following that cycle of breath,

On the in-breath,

Light from the horizon.

360 degrees into the body,

Into all cells.

And purging on the out-breath.

Purging the cells that need to be released back to the light.

Allowing more light to return to your body.

More of your own natural soul's light to return to your body.

And I call to your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance.

I call to your higher self and I am presence.

All guides and angels working with you.

All star beings and star councils.

Come be with you now.

And just breathe and feel the shift.

I also call any ascension teams or healing teams you are working with.

And let's call upon the archangels of the horizontal plane.

The east Raphael Archangel of Air,

Healer magician.

The symbol,

The caduceus and the energy,

Emerald green fire.

Let's invite that energy into space.

To the south Michael Archangel of the element of fire.

The symbol,

The sword of light and the energy,

Electric blue fire.

To the west Gabriel Archangel of water.

Messenger angel,

The symbol of silver chalice.

The energy,

Diamond white fire.

To the north Uriel Archangel of earth,

Archangel of power and light.

The symbol,

A golden pentacle.

And the energy,

Ruby red fire.

For archangels for energies and open and open and expand.

Open and expand.

And also the archangels of the vertical force,

Metatron from the great central sun.

And Sandathon from the crystalline grid of the earth.

Inviting the grid of the earth up into your field.

And the grid,

The ascension grid of the sun down into the space.

Anchoring both grids into the heart.

Six archangels,

Six energies and open and open.

And breathe,

Allow a greater expansion in your body.

And call upon the full cooperation of your higher self and unconscious mind to help with this deep release,

This deep purging.

Just breathing.

And know this,

That there is a fear and anxiety that's yours that you generate within your own energy field.

And there is also a fear and anxiety that you've picked up from the environment,

From the collective.

Some of this energy in your body therefore is not yours.

And we can release it.

We can release it.

So let's invoke Archangel Gabriel along with your higher self.

To begin that diamond white fire waterfall through your body.

A waterfall of light clearing all toxins and energies that do not belong to you.

Clearing all anxiety and fear that has been directly transmitted through another person's words or actions.

Perhaps an interaction with someone,

Perhaps a conversation has generated fear that you can purge,

Releasing their energy,

Their thoughts,

Their emotions out of your field.

A waterfall of light through all cells.

All cells,

The skeletal system,

All bones,

Joints and vertebrae.

Purging and releasing through all tissue,

All muscle,

All organs.

Purging and releasing out of your field.

All systems,

Nervous system,

Hormonal system,

Reproductive system,

Digestive system purging.

Any fear that's been directly transmitted to you through another's words or actions.

And just feel this intensification of fire,

Diamond white fire washing away.

Anything in your auric field washing away.

And also the fear that's been indirectly communicated to you from the collective.

Perhaps through the media,

The internet,

Social media platforms.

Perhaps from people around you,

Perhaps loved ones,

A transmission of fear.

Invoking that waterfall of light through your field and auric field washing away all lower frequency energies that are not yours,

You've picked up from the collective.

There is a great amping up of fear at the moment about this C-virus,

Just releasing all of that.

Emotions and judgements and projections.

Purging out of your field.

We're in a great shift of consciousness at the moment and this shift will invite some huge events on the planet.

Feeling now everything in your field of a lower nature that can be purged out of your body.

Feeling through the emotional body.

Purging other people's lower emotions.

Emotion of fear is a low frequency energy.

Whether you've picked that up directly or indirectly.

Release it now from your emotional field,

From the heart.

Bring it from the chakra system,

Crown to base.

That waterfall of light allow that waterfall to intensify.

And breathe and let's call on Raphael,

Archangel of air of the mind to step forward with the energy of emerald green fire.

Penetrating your mental body.

Allow that fire into the mental body and as this fire enters becoming aware of any core beliefs or stories within you that's generating fear.

Any core beliefs or stories that generates fear or anxiety.

Perhaps the belief of I am not safe.

Or I am not supported.

Or I am unloved or I am alone.

Or I am unworthy.

I do not fit in.

Or I am helpless or hopeless.

Anywhere you've accepted other people's base judgments and opinions about yourself.

Any right or wrong.

I am wrong,

Others are right.

Anywhere you're strongly self-critical.

Just purging.

They're just thoughts about reality.

They're not the truth about you.

As you hold them up to the light allow any old core beliefs to begin to expand in light.

So standing in the diamond white waterfall allowing emerald green fire in the mental body.

Allow that emerald green fire to go deeper into the mental body.

Just finding more existential beliefs.

Such as I do not want to be here in the body at this time in this dimension.

Perhaps I do not deserve to exist.

Perhaps I have fallen from grace.

Perhaps I am abandoned by God,

God that's all it is.

Perhaps I have done something wrong in some lifetime and deserve to suffer or need to atone.

If any of that resonates allowing emerald green fire into the mental body releasing all these old limiting beliefs.

Expanding the mental body,

Expanding the mind.

And breathe and open.

Breathe and open.

And I call on Archangel Michael to protect you in all dimensions with that sword of light.

To the east,

To the south,

To the west,

To the north.

Above below.

In all timelines.

That sword of light protecting you from lower frequency interference.

Let's invite the light from the Christ grid from the great central sun into your energy field.

Bringing a higher light into all stories or beliefs.

Higher light into any fear that you're holding.

A higher light into any mental rigidity or stagnation.

Allowing a greater fluidity in the mind.

A greater ability to hold up and examine old stories and old beliefs.

Imagine this golden white light in your energy field,

Your auric field.

I ask your higher self to harmonize all thoughts in the mental body.

Having a greater clarity in seeing the lessons behind the experience of generating or picking up fear.

I ask your higher self to increase your spiritual sense of connectivity.

Into your spiritual core.

Breathe and open.

Releasing the intensity of diamond white fire.

Releasing the cleansing emerald green fire.

Allowing Michael to protect you in all dimensions.

Being connected to heaven and earth.

Ask your higher self also to increase the clarity of your intuition so you can be guided by your own internal guidance system rather than my external fears or projections.

Having a deep cleansing in your field of releasing a protection in your field.

Helping you to neutralize any projected fears to neutralize those fears.
