Super Quick Defrag Your Mind Meditation

This meditation invokes a limiting thought, judgment or opinion in the mind and works to clear and expand that energy. Then we invoke a bloodline story or pattern that may be connected to the first limiting thought, judgment or opinion in the mind. This energy is then cleared and expanded.

Finally, we invoke a pattern from another lifetime that may be connected to the first limiting thought, judgment or opinion in the mind. This energy is then cleared and expanded.

Welcome to this super quick defrag your mind meditation.

This meditation is designed to release mental patterns from this lifetime,

From the bloodlines and from other lifetimes that are limiting you in some way and to begin open body,

Open mind and with your breath,

The cycle of breath connecting to the life force in the universe.

On the in-breath invoking the life force,

The light of the universe from 360 degrees from the horizon into the body or cells or bones or vertebrae.

The foundation of your physical being.

Anywhere you're holding lower frequencies on the out-breath just release and purge back to the light.

Releasing to 360 degrees to the horizon anything of a lower nature you've picked up in this 3D mutant matrix.

Allowing a higher 5D light in your body,

A higher 5D light,

The true souls light.

And following that cycle of breath,

Inviting light into the emotional body,

The energy field of emotions fluid around and within the body.

Anywhere you've picked up emotional energy from the 3D mutant matrix on the out-breath purge back to the universe.

Release back to the light anything that doesn't belong to you.

Allow a higher 5D light in the emotional body allowing a greater fluidity there.

Following that cycle of breath inviting a higher light into the mind,

The mental body again a fluid field of energy around and within the physical and emotional bodies.

Anywhere you're holding any thoughts or judgements or opinions or projections in the mind that do not serve you,

Do not belong to you,

You've picked up in the mutant matrix.

Purge on the out-breath send it back to the light,

Back to the light.

Allowing a higher 5D light in the mind,

The mental body.

Allowing a greater fluidity of thought,

Greater stillness,

Greater peace in the mind.

Following that cycle of breath as I call your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance,

Your higher self and over soul,

The I AM presence.

All angels and archangels working with you,

Elohim,

Seraphim working with you.

All guides,

All helpers,

All star races,

All star councils working with you.

The galactic council working with you,

Can't be with you now,

And calling and invoking the archangels of the horizontal plane.

In the east is Raphael Archangel of Air,

The symbol of the Caduceus and the energy,

Emerald Green Fire.

Invoking that angel now into your space.

To the south is Michael Archangel of the Element of Fire,

The symbol of flaming Sword of Light,

The energy,

Electric Blue Fire.

Invoking that angel into your space now.

To the west,

Gabriel Archangel of Water,

The symbol of Silver Chalice,

The energy,

Diamond White Fire,

Inviting that energy into your space now.

To the north,

Uriel Archangel of Earth,

The symbol of Golden Pentacle,

A five pointed star in a circle of light,

The energy,

Ruby Red Fire.

Invoking that energy into your space now.

For archangels,

For energies and open,

Open.

Feel the infinity of your being as you touch the horizon in all directions.

And let's call Metatron into space,

Metatron.

Just bring down that Christ grid,

Ascension grid from the Great Central Sun through the Stargate of our sun.

Sealing the space you're in.

Allowing that light all the way down the torso to the heart.

Bring your field from the heart upwards with golden white light.

And to the earth below,

Sandalphon.

Bring up that diamond white crystalline grid from Gaia up into the space.

To the feet and up through the torso to the heart,

Infusing the whole torso from the heart down with light from Gaia.

Breathe and open.

Allow the inner channel to open,

Expanding your energy.

And to begin,

Bring to mind a thought or judgment or opinion that negatively influences you in some way.

Perhaps something someone said or a thought that you came up with yourself.

Just trust the thought or judgment that emerges in your mind now.

It may come as a memory or perhaps a voice in your mind.

Whatever thought or judgment or opinion comes,

Embrace it,

Embrace it.

You have accepted this at some level.

Consider it as true at some level.

And hold it and realize this is just a thought you have accepted or created.

This thought or judgment or opinion is not the universal truth of you,

Your situation,

Your reality or your life path.

Embrace any emotions attached to the thought.

Embracing the emotional energy also.

Embracing the thought and the emotions attached to thought.

Let's invoke a silver violet fire into the mental body,

Infusing the thought with a higher light.

Silver violet fire into the heart of the thought or judgment,

Expanding and transforming that thought.

Also allowing that silver violet fire into the emotional body,

Bathing and infusing any lower emotional energies connected to the thought.

And breathe and open.

The angels holding you in the six directions,

Holding you in the highlight as you embrace the thought and the feelings associated with that thought.

And a silver violet fire burning gently through the mind,

Burning gently through the emotional body.

Allowing a greater clarity and expansion in the mind and energy fields.

Know that you are a limitless being.

Choose not to be limited by the judgments of those who do not understand your true nature or your mission here on the earth plane.

And just allowing that energy to burn and infuse and transform the thought and emotions attached to the thought.

And let's also invoke any ancestral pattern or energy or story that limits you in some way,

Which may be connected to this original judgment or thought in some way or be separate.

Invoke that pattern in your field,

The energy of the pattern limiting you.

Also invoke any agreements connected to this pattern,

Agreements for you to express this pattern or allow it some form of expression through you.

Feel and embrace this energy.

Some level it's touching you,

Limiting you in some way.

Let's ask your higher self a symbol,

A dark symbol representing this pattern,

Perhaps a dark crystal or dark piece of jewelry or dark image.

Find a dark symbol representing this pattern.

Invoking a silver violet fire.

Destroy the symbol and all agreements in this fire.

Throw it into the fire,

Burn it,

Destroy it through all time and space,

Allowing it to be removed throughout your Akashic records,

Removing any backup or recreation programming that would seek to recreate these agreements,

Allowing the story or energy in your field.

Having a greater clarity and expansion in the mind and your energy fields for your limitless being.

You are not bound by the limitations or the judgments on the mistakes of your ancestors.

You're here to live within a higher vibration of light,

Higher than your ancestors were able to experience or know.

Your work is to release any lower patterns and open up the whole bloodline to higher frequencies of light so that star seeds can incarnate in that bloodline further down the line more easily,

This energy is bleeding through from another time and space and requires a release now invoking the energy of that lifetime,

And let's ask your higher self for a symbol,

A dark symbol representing this pattern,

A dark symbol,

Perhaps a weapon of some kind or a magical symbol,

A dark magical symbol of some kind perhaps,

Or a dark scroll.

Also invoking any agreements associated with this pattern that need to be destroyed now,

Any other lifetime agreements connected to this story.

Find the symbol,

Find the agreements as scrolls or parchments and burn them all in silver violet fire.

Burn them in silver violet fire,

Destroying the energy of this expression through your field,

Destroying it through all time and space,

Through your Akashi records,

Destroying it through all incarnations,

Bring any backup or recreation programming that seeks to recreate any agreements.
