Mass Media Energetic Detox Meditation

In this meditation, Michael and Metatron create a sphere of light calling on energies from great the Central Sun along with electric blue angelic fire. Into this fire, you are invited to release all lower energies coming from the mass media. We ask for a release of all disinformation, misinformation, opinion, judgment, anxiety, fear, and sexual manipulation from any media source whether that be TV, internet, films, documentaries, video clips, newspapers, or magazines.

Welcome to this Mass Media Energetic Detox Meditation.

This meditation is aimed to release all disinformation and misinformation,

All limiting opinion,

Judgment,

Belief and story,

All anxiety and fear,

All violence and all sexual manipulation coming through all forms of the media.

And to begin open body open mind,

Focusing on the breath.

On the in-breath is the invitation of light from the universe around,

360 degrees.

Calling light with the breath from the horizon into the body,

Into the cells of the body,

Feeling your connection to the universe around you in light.

On the out-breath of purging and releasing out of your body,

Back to the stars,

Back to the sun of all lower energies that does not serve you.

All lower,

Etheric,

Mental,

Emotional energies,

Psychic energies out from your body.

Allowing more light,

More space in your field.

On the in-breath,

Again the invitation of light into the bones and blood of your body.

Allowing a greater expansion of light in your field.

Following that cycle of breath as I call your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance.

Your higher self,

Your oversold,

The monad,

All helpers and guides,

All angels and archangels working with you.

All star beings,

Star races working with you.

All teams in spirit,

Specialist teams working with you,

Can't be with you now.

And just feeling the shift as you call those helpers in spirit who are always with you.

Guiding,

Advising,

Assisting,

Healing when necessary.

Let's call the archangels the horizontal plane beginning in the east with Raphael,

Archangel of Air.

The symbol is the crystal wand with two golden vines around holding a crystal at the top of Moldavite the size of a pine cone.

As you focus on that symbol of Raphael inviting the energy of emerald green fire into your field.

Into the field to hold the space,

To hold the space.

And open and soften and relax.

To the south is Michael,

Archangel of the element of fire.

The symbol,

A sword of flaming blue light,

The energy electric blue fire.

As you focus on that symbol calling that fire,

Electric blue fire into your field to hold the space.

And breathe and open.

To the west is Gabriel,

Archangel of Water.

The symbol,

A silver chalice and the energy diamond white fire.

Inviting that energy to hold the space.

And breathe and open three angels,

Three energies holding you.

And the fourth angel is Uriel,

Archangel of Earth.

The symbol of this angel is a golden pentacle,

A five pointed star in a circle of light.

And the energy ruby red fire.

Focusing on that symbol calls the fire into your field.

To hold your space.

Four angels,

Four energies and open.

And breathe.

Feeling these four angels,

These four energies holding you.

Let's call the vertical force angels.

Starting with the above space,

Metatron from the great central sun.

Bringing down that light as a column of light into the room,

The space you're in.

Bringing that light into the walls,

Into the floor,

Into the ceiling,

Into the door windows.

Closing up to space.

Bringing that energy down through the head,

Allowing the crown chakra to open fully,

A great sphere of light opens.

The third eye in the center of the head opens,

A great sphere of light opens.

Down to the throat chakra that opens,

A great sphere of light opens.

And down to the heart that opens,

A great sphere of light opens.

Allow this light to anchor into the heart and all chakras within the body and beyond the body,

Above the head,

To align with the great central sun.

Releasing all interference out from your field.

And to the below space,

The sandal font of the crystalline grid of the earth.

Inviting that diamond white light up into the room,

The space,

Up into the feet,

Grounding you into the earth.

Up through the legs to the base that opens,

A great sphere of light opens.

Up to the sacral that opens,

A great sphere of light opens.

Up to the solar plexus that opens,

A great sphere of light opens.

And up to the heart,

Anchoring into the heart.

Allowing all chakras from the heart downwards,

Including those beyond the body,

Beneath the feet,

To align with the crystalline grid of the earth.

Opening the inner channel,

Opening the inner channel between heaven and earth.

And I ask Metatron and Michael to form a sphere of light around you.

Metatron,

Light from the great central sun.

Michael,

Electric blue fire.

Creating a sphere of golden electric blue fire around you.

An intense sphere of light burning fire around you.

Feel that fire,

The intensity of it.

And into this fire,

Let's ask for a release of all disinformation and misinformation from any media source,

Whether TV,

Internet,

Films,

Documentaries,

Video,

Newspapers,

Magazines.

Purging from your body everything in any chakra,

Any energy field.

Out.

And feel a release in your energy field of anywhere you're holding anything that does not serve you back to the fire of the great central sun and Michael's light.

And including anything you've picked up from any radio or any form of energy wave out from your body.

And also including anything you've picked up from the energy fields and realities of others.

Purge and release all disinformation,

Including all conversations that you've had or overheard purging and releasing out.

Burning in the light of the sun and electric blue fire.

Allowing the energy of truth to begin to enter into your energy fields and into your reality.

Purging from the body,

The ears and the eyes.

And as this is happening,

Let's ask for a release of all limiting opinion,

Judgment,

Belief,

Story.

From any media source,

TV,

Internet,

Films,

Documentaries,

Video clips,

Newspapers,

Magazines or conversations.

Purging and releasing out from your field any chakra,

Your emotional body,

Your mental body purging into the fire.

Allowing for an outpouring of energy from any part of your body that holds this.

Purge and release and into this void.

Allowing the energy of truth to begin to enter your energy fields and reality.

So a great purging of disinformation,

Misinformation,

Opinion,

Judgment,

Belief and story out.

Allowing the light of truth,

Of wisdom,

Of intuition and guidance to fill the space.

Allowing the space for something new to enter your energy field.

Let's ask for a release of all anxiety and fear you've picked up from any media source.

Including any conversation.

Including any energy you've picked up from radio waves or any energetic waves.

Releasing anything you've picked up from the energy fields or realities of others.

Releasing all anxiety and fear.

And there's a great collective fear at the moment with this global situation.

Releasing all fear from others out.

All manipulation through the media generating fear out from your field.

Out from every chakra allowing an outpouring of energy from every part of your body.

Allowing the energy of truth and love to begin to enter into your energy fields and reality.

Perching all lower energies allowing the higher energy of truth and love to enter in.

And as that's happening let's ask for a release of all violence from any media source that you've picked up.

Any conversation.

Any energy you've picked up from the reality or energy fields of others.

All violence purging out.

Releasing out from your energy fields or chakras or organs anywhere in the body.

Emotional body,

Mental body purging into the fire.

Allowing a great and deep release of all lower energies.

Allowing the energy of truth and courage to begin to enter your energy fields and reality.

So purging all lower energies with the violence or fear or judgement or misinformation or disinformation out from your fields.

Allowing more light into your body,

More light into the emotional field,

More light into the mental body.

More light into every chakra,

Every layer level and dimension of every chakra.

And finally let's ask for a release of all sexual manipulation,

Stereotyping or porn from any media source.

Allowing an outpouring of energy from any part of your body.

Including any energy you've picked up from any radio waves or energetic waves.

Including anything you've picked up from the energy fields of others or the reality of others.

Purging release,

A great purging out from your field.

Purging from the bones,

The blood,

The organs,

The systems of your body.

Purging anything in your reproductive system out of your field,

Out of your field.

Allowing more light,

More space for the energy of truth and unity consciousness to begin to enter your energy fields and reality.

A great purging into the fire.

The sphere of fire around you from the great central sun and Archangel Michael.

Golden and blue fire.

Burning releasing.

Golden and blue fire.

Burning releasing.

Allowing the light of truth,

Of love,

Of unity consciousness to enter into your energy field.

And breathe and open allowing this purging to continue.

Allowing more light,

More space for your own truth,

Your own light,

Your own wisdom to shine out through your body,

Out into reality.

Allow every chakra to begin to burn brightly with a new light,

A new light.

And let's allow this fire around you to stay as long as it needs to stay around you.

And once the releasing is done to release this sphere of fire around you.

Allow the purging to continue beyond this meditation.

And let's thank all angels holding the space.

Angels of the horizontal plane and vertical plane.

And thank you especially Michael and Metatron and all angels working with Michael and Metatron for holding the space of release and purging.
