And the out-breath is the purging and releasing of anything in your physical body that does not belong to you,

Allowing more space for your own soul's light in the physical body.

And anywhere you are holding energy that does not serve you,

Back to the horizon.

A field of flowing white gold light down into your energy fields.

Let's call to Sandalphon of the crystalline grid of the earth below.
To bring up that grid of flowing ethereal white light up to the feet.
Flowing up through the energy fields connecting to the heart.
I call on Sandalphon to anchor this grid of light in your heart,

Allowing all chakras from the heart downwards to align with the crystalline core of the earth.

I call on your higher self and your body elemental to begin to transport you in time and space.
Taking your energy and consciousness somewhere in nature where the elements are strongly present.

It could be a forest.

Just open and trust you will be taken to the perfect environment.

I call on your higher self to present to you a full length mirror in this landscape.

And stand in front of the mirror.
I ask your higher self and body elemental to begin to show you your etheric body.
And this is an energy field that is very close to the physical body.
Sometimes this is called the etheric double.
This is an energy field composed of a fine luminous energy.
Your etheric body is the bridge between the physical body and the higher realms of energy and consciousness.
Just look into the mirror.
And notice the color of your etheric body.
Often presenting itself as violet gray or blue gray or silver gray.
I ask your higher self and body elemental to reveal any health issues being reflected in your etheric body.
They may appear as dark areas,
Dark spots or muted colors.
Just become aware of these areas in your etheric body that need to be cleared,
Upgraded.
Let's call on angels of violet and ultraviolet fire to initiate a waterfall of violet ultraviolet fire down through your etheric body.
Clearing as far as possible now any dark spots,
Muted areas,
Washing them away in light.
A fiery light.
Just allow that waterfall to wash through you.
And eventually the waterfall recedes and stops.
I call on your higher self and Archangel Sandaphon to bring up grounding chords,
Silver white,
Into the core of your etheric body.
Into any dark areas.
Allowing a silver white light into your etheric body from the crystalline grid of the earth.
Clearing and cleansing your etheric body.
Upgrading.
Uplifting.
And just look in the mirror once more.
This time I ask your higher self and body elemental to reveal any psychic interference or psychic cording or threads in the etheric body.
If there are any they may appear again as dark areas,
Dark spots,
Muted colors.
Also dark threads or chords touching your etheric body.
Once again let's call on angels of violet ultraviolet fire to initiate a waterfall of light,
Fiery light down through these areas in your energy fields.
I call on Archangel Michael and psychic surgeons to begin to cut and dissolve any threads and chords attaching to your etheric body.
Clearing and removing and healing the etheric body.
I call on angels of obsidian to create a fine net of tiny obsidian gemstones.
And to raise this from the earth below up through the etheric body.
Catching anything of a low vibration of a foreign alien nature in your etheric body that should not be there.
Taking it all the way up to the light of the sun and burning and removing it.
I call on angels of diamonds to create a fine net of tiny diamond gemstones in the earth below.
And once again to slowly raise this net through your etheric body.
Again catching anything of a low vibration.
Trawling through the etheric body.
Catching anything that should not be there does not serve you,
Does not belong to you.
Raising it up to the light of the sun and destroying it.
I call on psychic surgeons to begin to repair where necessary Nadi's chakras.
Repairing the rivers of light in your etheric body.
And sealing your etheric body in light.
I call on angels of diamonds if needed to place protective diamonds around the edges of your etheric body.
Protecting and repelling lower energies.
I call on angels of the sun to initiate a waterfall of gentle solar light through your body.
